well, its just as P2W as the mobile version, if not more as you cant watch ads for some things.

But... Its weirdly fun to be able to play this on pc. So even if you get absolutely destroyed by random P2W players, or encounter the odd hacker (which I havent seen much of actually) its okay.

They do need to make it less P2W though. Even if they end up making a separate version of the game that you have to buy.

I found this game because a youtube playlist bugging out started playing songs that I didnt have on the playlist, and it started playing "broken machine" I really liked the song, so I decided to just try out the game.

Was that the best/worst decision of my life.

I really, REALLY love this game. I love it so much that I felt miserable when I finished it. It physically HURT to see the solstice ending, (but in a good way). The updated sprites after that ending for niko kinda make me just a bit sad too, so Im not sure if I'll be willing to go through the game again. though idk.

but seriously, I wish I could hug Niko. They're absolutely adorable, and just.. well you just want to give them a hug for what they go through with this all. But you kind of wish you were standing there with them experiencing this world. not just watching from above.

eh idk. I just wish this game was a bit more popular. I heard of it before, but I mostly just chalked it up as "just another RPG maker game" Its not. Its far, FAR better.

This is an amazing game that I used to play all the time when I was younger.

Im glad i played it, and im playing ti again since I found it

This is an absolutely glorious game. I started playing it because of the peace and tranquility soundtrack, which I would listen to for ages. But before I found the soundtrack It was introduced by someone in a class I was taking. I sort of forgot about it then but then people started posting memes about it on a forum I use a lot. eventually after a long time I just bought it.

Anyways onto why this game is so great.

Hat kid is absolutely adorable~

from what she does when you arent moving her around to literally the smug dance she is an absolutely fantastic protagonist. You also literally wear hats to gain abilites, which is awesome imho.

The characters are also really fun,

such as mustache girl who wants so bad to get rid of the villains that she becomes the villain herself

The conductor and DJ Grooves who have a strong rivalry on movie making, and will do anything to make sure they win

Queen Vanessa and The snatcher..... I really liked these two. From the horrors of Queen Vanessas mansion to the subcon well it all was great. The the story of subcon forest was so great as well. To think that a beautiful forest and a small village inside were destroyed and corrupted because of a simple misunderstanding was quite sad.

The whole time after playing subcon forest I just wished there was a way to turn time back there to fix the Prince and Princess's relationship... but alas, it was not to be.


To be honest I dont know what I really thought about alphine skyline. It was good sure, but not really my personal taste.

Nyakuza Metro was awesome- with the giant cats pulling subway cars to a jewelry store owner that was actually a mob boss of sorts, it felt awesome.

I havent really gotten into the seal the deal campaign part yet. but I will.


All in all, this is a fun game with some rather scary parts, and a lot of fun and happy ones. I advise you to buy this.
