Bolo de chocolate e banana caseiro

Ingredientes
– 125 g de farinha

– 125 g de farinha integral

– 125 g de açúcar mascavado

– 50 g puré de maçã

– 50 g de chocolate em pó (sem açúcar)

– 60 ml de leite desnatado

– 1 ovo

– 3-4 bananas cortadas no sentido do comprimento

– 2 colheres de chá de óleo

– 1 1/2 colher de chá de fermento em pó

– canela a gosto

Modo de Preparação
– Unte uma forma pequena com margarina light e salpique com açúcar.

– Disponha as fatias de banana de modo a cobrir o fundo da forma. Polvilhe com canela e reserve.

– Misture as farinhas com o chocolate e reserve.

– Bata o ovo com o açúcar e o óleo.

– Adicione o puré de maçã e bata.

– Mexa a mistura de farinhas, alternando com o leite e batendo sempre.

– Acrescente o fermento, envolva e verta sobre as bananas.

– Leve ao forno por 25 minutos.

– Decore a gosto.
