Start boiling water. Add oil, salt, and pepper and wait for water to boil. Open box and set cheese packet to the side. Once water boils, add noodles to box. Let noodles boil for 11 minutes on medium-high heat. While noodles cook, add the contents from the cheese packet, and 1/4 cup of milk to a bowl and stir to make the cheese sauce. Once noodles finish cooking, strain noodles. Add 4 Tablespoons of butter, cheese sauce, and cooked noodles to a bowl and stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Wait for dish to cool and serve accordingly.
