Probably the best shooter I've ever played, great gameplay, great community, great music, great monetisation. It's one of those games where buying something to support the devs is more important than the cosmetics themselves (Purely cosmetics, nothing gameplay wise is paywalled.) Good to play with randoms as much as with friends, with any luck we'll meet in the black heart of Hoxxes, ROCK AND STONE!

I got recommended this game by a friend and begrudgingly bought it. I never expected it to be one of the best games I've ever played, charming visually, smooth and fluid combat with a hard but fair learning curve, and a gorgeous soundtrack that I have listened to for hours. The game drip feeds lore at a great pace allowing you to slowly understand the backstory of Hallownest and has a large map rich with secrets and leaves you curious to what new areas await you. If it's not too late, PLEASE go into this game blind, you will not regret a second.

The Graphics are a bit underdeveloped, the game isn't too long, and some of the voice acting is a bit uninteresting for minor roles.

But you will be having fun every second and that's all that matters.

2B has a big bum.

Came for a fun and challenging platformer, left with a lesson on conquering your inner fears.

This game is by no means easy, you will die a lot, but the game rarely if ever feels unfair. You grow your skills seamlessly through progressive challenges getting harder as they go along, but you won't feel out of your depth, the game will always have you prepared to face what is next, with each level feeling different by presenting new challenges, unique music, and moments that make each level worth replaying. There wasn't a single level I didn't love.

I can honestly say this is my favourite platformer of all time, smooth, exciting, funny, full of life and with challenges, music and characters that are worth coming back to. This is a shining example of the potential of indie developers and why they have the potential to rival the big budget game devs, with talent and personality that breathes new life into the industry.
