I still recommend this game for newcomers who want to discover the feelings of playing the heroes of Overwatch.
The game is still okay for a free-to-play game, but the negative reviews are for the poor story PvE missions and 5v5 team which are understandable.
I can finally play and have some fun with my sister some time to time thanks to cross save and cross platform, but i never play alone now. I knew the game will not evolve much anymore when they fired some creators like Michael Chu the lead writer of Overwatch in 2020.

A very good remake of a popular game but the idea of a hybrid FPS and Platform game is very weird.
