Love this game. <3

I wish the alchemy system had better explanation. Basically you combine items to get an item equaling the total of the GOLD NUMBERS IN THE UPPER LEFT. It has nothing to do with the gold value. And to level up alchemy, it's best to create the needed items via this method, not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3% chance formula method.

Also, I wish there was voice acting.

I'm really enjoying it. Not too buggy.

After about a week of googling, etc, I figured out you need to enable the steam overlay to be able to play. WTF

This seems like a fun game, but please make it obvious to people they need to enable the steam overlay to avoid an infinite loading screen.

Relatively short game with a bit silly of a plot, but overall quite enjoyable. <3 7/10

The Pros:
- Super creepy, really keeps you on your toes. <3
- Great amosphere
- Beautiful environment and sound effects

The Cons:
- Mechanics feel a bit clunky. Flipping items over to see the back is unnecessarily difficuly (just add a hotkey for this?). Putting out a lighter while holding a candle is too difficult. It seems I have to put it back in my inventory, which is annoying cause I'm gonna need it again to light the candle after I accidentally put it out. I'm sure these will get smoothed out since it's an early release, so no big deal here.
- There are some bugs. Like when you're carrying a candle, it follows you around, but can get caught behind door or other objects and then you cant use items (cause they're back behind the door or wherever they got caught). Also not a big deal as I'm sure these will get fixed.
- Unfortunately, the dealbreaker for me was that the game seems story driven, yet has almost no story... I'm 5 hours in and I know next to nothing about any of the characters, besides the fact that Lucy likes pandas and that everyone in this family hates cleaning.

So the end result is the game feels extremely superficial to me. The only reasons most things exist seems to be to make the game creepier, to assist with mechanics, to assist the main storyline (which appears to be quite simplistic), or to make the game more detailed/realistic.

I'm playing this with the PS3 voice and art patches.. so maybe unfair review, but it's super nice story and voices. <3 Ryukishi07 Ily <3

Lol sure the game is cute.. and sure the premise is neat..

The game however seems to be aimed to make you rage as much as possible...

You play as a clumsy robot trying to climb 2 kilometers high while collecting crystals... The problem is that it's never clear when you have a firm grasp on the terrain so you often will end up accidentally tumbling to your doom and have to reclimb miles of vine, just to end up falling again..

There are some glitches that are really annoying sometimes as well.. like my robot appeared inside one of the vines so I couldn't see where i was going and ended up falling out... Also I had a couple hours of gameplay at one point in and then my computer battery died, and apparently this game only saves when you close it??? So i lost a couple hours of progress -_-

Plus they have a system where you try to scan plants/animals, but you better be careful not to accidentally drop them... or you won't be able to complete this portion of the game (there isnt really a reload option as far as i can tell, ur just ♥♥♥♥ lol)

You have to get on vines and control them to grow in the direction you want.. except it uses inverted y-axis control, normal x-axis control, so unless you're very used to this type of control, it's quite off-putting, and there is no way to change the options for this...

There isn't really any music to speak of, which was a little disappointing, but ok I suppose.

Idk I will finish this game, but I found it really really annoying (and I'm usually a pretty patient guy when it comes to games...)
