Still has massive issues after the 1.0 update, and then some. Since the 1.0 Patch didn't drop these issues may be subject to change but until then these are the problems with 1.0. EDIT: Hotfix dropped AND none of the issues were addressed.

Performance seems to have tanked SIGNIFICANTLY, Graphically the game may run well, but at random points you can reach as low as 10 FPS, and even freezing in engagements.

Suspect AI is still as cracked as ever, 1 suspect easily taking down 2 or 3 SWAT in engagements, and instantly locking on to the player even while engaged by 4 SWAT. Thankfully, you can find some mods to "mitigate" these issues.

SWAT AI is still dumb as ♥♥♥♥ despite the improvements, they just move and cover angles "better". They also don't give a ♥♥♥♥ when being shot at sometimes and just die, sometimes making you think if they are more Artificial than Intelligent. Edit: They can also shoot each other giving you friendly fire penalties, you can do everything perfectly, but because somewhere along the line they shot each other, you miss out on S ranks.

Gameplay against some suspects in some maps are not fun at all and is pure luck whether you get through it or not. The performance drops are not helping either.
