Bought it as a joke knowing p much nothing about it. This game is amazing!
The gameplay is very much like the old platformers, but new mechanics (hat abilities).
And the story is very nice and charming. The humor is on point too :D

Going to request a refund, here's why:

-I could see the gameplay get repettetive after a short while. I doubt it's going to be much more than "teleport, shoot zombies".
-I dislike the main protagonist and his "jokes".
-Gunplay is as basic as any cheap VR shooter. it's one step away from pressing a button to reload.
-The enviroments are way too oversaturated, it doesn't look realistic at all (they where going for realistic right?)
-You can pick up objects but you cannot use them. Example: I picked up a frying pan and got the idea of hitting a zombie in the face, but nope. The frying pan just clipped right through it's face as the zombie started to attack me, which brings me to the next point.
-The zombies don't feel like zombies, more like sliding pillars that suck your health if you get too close. Sure they look like zombies, but they in no way act like zombies other than walking towards you with that classic zombie walk.

In short: Bad game, don't buy..

Decent gameplay and a good South Park episode tier story with you as the main bud for jokes.
By the end i grew really attached to my little bisexual trans girl chaotic muslim of low income :)
