Ministry of Order and Truth notified me to rethink my review after the series of events. Either that or one way trip to the correctional camp.

'...Our way of life. Galaxy wide.
Paved with the skulls of those who died...'

HELLDIVERS 2 is a four player co-operative third-person shooter where you enlist as one of the best the Super Earth has to offer. Spreading managed democracy throughout the entire galaxy as you go, no matter if opposition has something to say about it.
Travel to numerous exotic planets. Fight off the deadliest forces remotely threatening our way of life. Spread democracy at any given opportunity, until there's nothing standing in our way.

As you go and venture to your liberating tasks, you will be equipped with latest, most superior technology of all that ONLY the Helldivers can access...

Stratagems. Pantented word for 'Death from Above'.
Ranging from Offensive, Support and Defensive Stratagems, pick yours before diving in and input the pattern to signal your your ship to drop off the supremely lethal dose of what you think about your opposition.
- Offensive Stratagems go straight to the point. Manipulate the weather above your foes by showering them with precise Orbital Strikes or deliver the swift Super iron fist by sending in Eagle-1 for near instant sweep.
- Support Stratagems already has it in it's name. Support yourself and fellow Helldivers with array of even deadlier arsenal you can't normally bring as your conventional weaponry. Turn the tides by carrying a Tac-Pack which improves your survival rate by marginal percentage.
- Defensive Stratagems are tried and tested methods for holding the most unstable grounds. Whether you go with automated sentries capable of shooting EVERYTHING that moves (we can't stress this enough, take heed where they shoot.), or to set up fortifications that shields you from incoming fire or repel pesky intruders by trapping the desired place which will be mind blowing (literally) for anyone traversing it.
All of these cannot be possible if it weren't provided by...

The Destroyer. Your personalized way to spread democracy.
Commandeer your very own Destroyer, capable of reaching anything within the Galactic map.
Give it a democratic name, sending a message from above to those inhabiting the tyranny below while providing the well needed morale boost to those accompanying you in liberation.
In addition to that, collecting samples from numerous planets will grant you sleek materialistic goods to your flagship which will further aid your spread of managed democracy in a long run.

And if that doesn't satisfy you, partaking in enough liberation will grant you medals in which you can show off your patriotic commitment in forms of shining armor, capes and even weaponry by spending the said medals in numerous Ministry approved Warbonds.

Be wary that you'll need to pay up in Super Credits in order to access the Warbonds labeled 'Premium'. But fear not, as you can also acquire those just by making progress, as opposed to investing your hard earned cash for military funding. Either in free Warbonds or having a sharp eye on Points of Interests on the planets.

However, nothing will compare your true equality if you invest in a title of Super Citizen.
The choice is ALWAYS yours.
https://steamproxy.net/steamstore/app/2514130/HELLDIVERS_2__Upgrade_to_Super_Citizen_Edition/

Galactic War. It awaits your call.
Before embarking on your liberation journey, you may notice a round table at the bridge of the Destroyer. This table is the eyes of every Helldiver of your real-time situation. From the entire look of the galaxy down to a single planet chunk, you will familiarize yourself which threat occupies the sector, whether they reside or about to reside in a planet. Liberating a planet requires you to complete brief, but straightforward tasks.
No matter what else is present on your sector to complete or if you exhaust your numbers, completing THAT mission alone will ensure further progress in liberation.

You can choose to stick with the pack and liberate the planets that majority of Helldivers occupy, or slowly make a tiny, but important progress of one unpopular planet at the moment.

Do your part! Even if you die trying
Despite all of this and the Galactic War's best efforts to pinpoint your threat levels as best as it can, the liberation is no easy task. You are EXPECTED to dive and die, over and over and over and over again. We commend every man and woman for their valiant sacrifice, no matter if you succumb to painful razor sharp claws, maws, lasers, rockets... and even your own weapons. You will ALWAYS have (LIMITED) reinforcements eager to dive and replace a fellow Helldiver who gave their lives that you can fight onward to greater victories.

Do you have what it takes to become FREE!? Join. The HELLDIVERS, too! A co-operative experience like no other. In fact... A MUST HAVE experience among all other co-op activities out there. And say hello... To DEMOCRACY. Stay FREE.

Do you love to solve puzzles? Lose yourself in a story? Answer hard-hitting questions , such as life, the existence itself?

Then please get this game and play it (blind) immediately. You won't regret it.

In case you wanna know what's the game premise (as brief as possible):

The Talos Principle 2 is a puzzle game set in the future era of where artificial intelligence have taken the role of humans as they've become extinct for generations.
Taking a role as a 1000th robot of the civilization, simply named 1K, you will soon be thrown into unknown expedition as you learn that the city is struggling to make ends meet in order to just live on. What mysteries will you uncover out there and what will you do with them once you do so?

'ROCK AND STONE! It never gets old!'

Deep Rock Galactic is a Co-op FPS where you take in a role of a dwarf in space working for a mining company.
You and 3 other drawrves (either with random colleagues or your friends) drop down in the most dangerous and the richest planed named Hoxxes IV.
Whether to simply mine out valuable minerals, pacifying the biggest threats known to DRG or recovering what previous team lost, every mission has it's own approach.

Classes
All dwarves are equipped differently depending on which class you choose, but combining their strengths makes a devastating force to be reckoned with while also be efficient with any task at hand.
Four classes are present in game:

Gunner - Main firepower of the team. Slow, but the best class at dealing fatal blows to any enemy threathening the safety of his colleagues.
Armed with Zipline Launcher and a Shield Generator, it makes him one of the toughest dwarves to shake off in the most heated situations.

Scout - As the name already implies, this drawf can seek out danger far faster than any of his colleagues combined.
Equipped with a Grappling Hook and Flare Gun, it makes him the fastest class to manuver around while being the eyes of the team.

Engi - The class that likes to plan out his fortifications, Engineer aids fellow dwarves the best with his utility deployed.
Having his Platform Gun and a Sentry (or Sentries), he can create and anchor positions to his liking, giving a room to breathe for his mates whilist
effectively fighting a Swarm on his own.

Driller - The most grounded dwarf to walk the caves. Due to his versatile weaponry and grounded traversal tools, he becomes situational with the best combat synergy
among his colleagues. Anything anyone does can be amplified greatly with him.
Having Portable Drills and C4 Explosive, the Driller can make his own paths for himself and his team to traverse through while choosing between blowing up
a large hole in the terrain or erase a bunched up group of enemies.

Hazard Levels
All levels can be played on any difficulty. And they influence how the game will behave in terms of enemy spawns, damage they deal to player or how resistant they are
to damage. The difficulty levels ranges from lowest to highest difficulty:

Low Risk (1)- Never played it. Probably playable without a monitor.
Challenging (2)- Just enough for a drwarf not to fall asleep on a job. Only played it once when I joined a fellow Greenbeard friend.
Dangerous (3)- Greenbeard's optimal stress test. Not a walk in the park, but it's just enough to keep you occupied.
Extreme (4)- Standard drawrven difficulty who seek challenge, but not madness.
Lethal (5)- Massive waves of merciless threats with little to no room to rest. Be prepared. Requires an Assignment completion to activate it.

Warnings and Anomalies (Mutators)
Even with Cave Complexities and Length, some caves may have fun or challenging modifiers to twist the gameplay even further
Anomalies usually give either benefits to the players or wacky modifier that everyone's affected by it, such as Gold Rush and Rich Atmosphere
Warnings will modify the game to make your missions harder or outright hell on Hoxxes, depending which Hazard level you've chosen, ranging from Low Oxygen to Regenerative Bugs.
Both of those types can be applied in one mission.

Customization
One of the best customization systems out there. If not, the best.
Loadouts and your Wardrobe are the main categories to customize, but it gives an almost overwhelming amount of options for each category, the more you stick around playing it.
Customizing your loadouts, while simple enough, can shape your playstyles however you like.
All dwarf classes come with 3 Primary and 3 Secondary weapons that can all be customized to the player's liking.

Wardrobe is where colorful and ludicrous dwarf combinations come shining like a radioactive crystal in the dark. Players have almost infinite amount of beards, hats, and color palletes
to choose from to stand out from his fellow employees. While limited at first, you'll unlock MANY varieties from many sources that are able to provide you such items.

Promotion (Prestige system)
Your dwarf class will max out the level at 25. When it does, Management will give out one more Assignment for you to complete. And it will usually be the missions with twists,
such as long length, Warning labeled, or both. Completing that Assignment will grant you an option to promote your class.
For a fee, your dwarf's level is reset to 1, earning you a nice emblem to display on your selected class. For the first time promotions, you gain access to Forging and Deep Dives.

DEEP DIVES
Once you've earned your hard earned promotion title, your class is suitable for the endurance test named Deep Dive.
A set of 3 missions which all of them consists of completing 2 objectives, with each level increasing in a difficulty.
Progressing through it will transfer your stats and despository to the next level, meaning if you lack resources or health, you may have tougher time getting things done there.

With addition to Season Passes, Deep Rock Galactic has themed updates where you face new foes and stir up even more interesting scenarios for players to go through.
All rewards included in seasons are free indefinitely, even if one didn't participate in previous seasons, they will find these items later in events of collecting
gear, if mission provides you with one. No FOMO deals. Despite being bit harder to find afterwards, nothing is left to waste.

TLDR. Hands down the MUST HAVE game for any sucker who is into FPS Co-op genres.
Buy it. Get drunk. Get rich. Repeat.

'Buy these magic cards to play the coolest game,
and fight against the friends with no consequence.'
- Cash's Corner website

Friends VS Friends is a fast-paced Arena FPS with the card mechanics mixed into it. A recipe for chaos on full display.
A Best-of-5 Elimination mode only being present, players tackle on each other by overpoweing the opposition with card combinations to come out on top, playable in a 1v1 or 2v2 setting.

All players start out each round with a pistol and a randomized, but fully customizable deck of cards to unleash upon the game.

This card game comes with 7 to 8 types. All activated cards last for the current round.

Buffs - Stat boost or give your team an advantage over your opponents, such as Speed Up or Helmet.
Debuffs - Cripple the stats and/or throw off a disadvantage to the opposing team, like Health Down or Poison.
Helpers - Deployable items that aid you in combat. Ranging from fortifications to throwables.
Weapon - Give yourself a new weapon, in case you're bored of a pistol.
Wild - Game changing card with unpredictable outcome. ... Nuke.
Traps - Opposing side can't see the drawn card type until it's triggered, such as Counter.
Burners - Conditional cards that expire in your hand the next round.

Each players gets to choose the character who comes with his own Personality Card. An 8th card type with permanent buff applied to the player of the chosen character.
Starter characters have the following:
DJ Newton - Passive Accuracy increase
Duck Anderson - Adds a small healing Burner card each round.
Moose Salto - Passive Double Jump ability
Spike Remmington - Passive DMG increase
Players unlock more characters, the more they stick around playing it.

As you progress through the game, you'll discover and earn new cards by buying and opening Booster Packs, letting you build your card deck and form a strategy to overcome your enemies.
Any duplicates you'll receive will contribute to leveling progress of the duped card.
With that said, bear in mind that if you're starting out on your own, you're at a general disadvantage even against players who stick with basic decks, because they will be more powerful to yours due to card leveling

Apart from Deck Building, the Player Customization is decent.
From most visible, being avatar and Character Skins for each... character, to personal ones in form of Keychains and Card Back art. All of them can be gathered in either PalPrize vending machines (which unlock at later levels) or gaining Battle Pass levels.

As of writing this review, there are two Battle Passes available. One being free addition (Baba's Laundromat) and one being the latest, premium Battle Pass (Wired Wrecks).
All of them share 15 levels worth of cosmetic content that can be earned daily, if you complete all of it's tasks for the day.

For some odd reason, the game features SBMM feature and the Ranking system at the same time. Former can be toggled, while latter can't and it replaced the level display.
Apart from indicating whether your buddy or foe is doing this as a Full Time Job or not after the match is over, but overall... Unnecessary addition of bragging rights, I suppose.

For a small price, Friends VS Friends is a short, small, but a fun game with a interesting twist.
While that also applies to EVERY MULTIPLAYER GAME that came out, this game is a blast when you have 3 more sadistic friends that often want to ruin someone else's day with malicios intent.
A madness and friendship never ends, until one Ragequits.

Brotato. An addicting roguelike experience.

1 potato. 20 Waves. Hundreds of possible combinations to kill tens and thousands of aliens.

Also looks like a flash game. In a good way.

Now stop reading this and buy it.

GAMEPLAY POWERED BY YOUR MUSIC (NOW IN 3D)!

Beat Hazard 3(D) is a top-down space blasting, seizure inducing, music-driven game in which you, once again, venture out in the surprisingly very hostile deep space pulsating to the beat of the song you're currently playing.

This game leaped from the traditional sprites to the full 3D modelling of... things, which is especially evident on thousands of ship varieties that comes with it.
A lot more elements will be brought in the 3D as it goes further in the development.

ARCADE
The tried and tested modes that were seen in previous Beat Hazard franchises. Consists of these old school features:
Standard - Blast through any track of your choosing and rack up a wild high-score
Survival - Live as long as you can in an endless onslaught of incoming enemies.
Boss Rush - Survival against masses until one of them gets your number.
Chill Out - Full casual experience of Standard mode.

GALACTIC CAMPAIGN
Create and explore your very own or someone else's Galaxy. With, what it seems like, the endless supply of the (Spotify) music database online, you can make variety of Galaxies to your liking.
Invite your friends and explore them together, or bring your rivals and contest one another in this mode.
Basic elements are introduced to this mode, so expect further expansion of it in a not too distant future.

COMMUNITY CHALLENGES
As the community picks their favorite tracks they play, some of them may be lucky enough to land on Lightning or Daily Challenges.
Both challenges consists of a most played 'Open Mic!' track. One lasts for 4 hours and other lasts for a day.
Getting on top of the ranks on these challenges grants you an Elite version of the ship that game normally gives out to you.
Galactic Challenge is coming soon.

THE MOTHER SHIP
Your own mobile base of operations.
Collect what you've obliterated and assemble a massive ship capable of carrying your favorite ships into the farthest of star systems that's left unexplored.
Who knows, it'll become far more than just your regular transporting mass in the future.

Something old. Something new.
Every track will consist of fixed enemies and couple of procedurally generated hostiles to keep you guessing what firepower do these guys bring to table.
You may have seen some enemies in the roster of previous games, but some of them came back in this one with a little extra up their sleeves.
... not to mention that some new foes joined to put a stop to you.

Fold your way through enemy lines
While enemies adapted to your weapons, you created new ways to weaken and destroy them.
Fold your ship and unleash the Dark Beam that shreds through shields and even some projectiles that were previously impossible to destroy.

Embrace the Seizure! Or don't
How hard do you want to not see what's ahead of you? Like previous titles, you can dial up to 300% visual intensity and attempt to wreak havoc as you're constantly blinded by the numerous lights.
While it rather defeats the purpose of one of the Beat Hazard slogans, you can choose not to be flashed by aggressive lights at all. That nifty accessibility is one click away from the game's main menu and can now be played by those suffering from photosensitive epilepsy!
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2889755835

The 3rd and best installment of the Beat Hazard franchise. I may have far more hours invested for a game that's just released, but only because I've devoted my time to iron out the bugs that'll inevitably have as it expands more in content.
But regardless of that... New and seasoned players who are into the music driven types of games should definitely consider checking this one out.

Join this community to make this game even better.[discord.gg]
I'll keep it updated as it develops more.

SOMEWHERE IN NEVADA

MADNESS: Project Nexus is a Third-Person arcade-y Action game with Run n' Gun / Beat'Em Up type of mix thrown into it.
Based on the Newgrounds' one of the most popular Flash Animations about excessive violence and vicious brutality
Madness Combat , comes a game adaptation of the same premise of Madness Combat, brought by the same guy(s) who created this game!

Story Campaign
The game takes a journey after the events of the flash game Madness Project Nexus Classic*[www.newgrounds.com].
From destroying AAHW's assets to fleeing to Nexus City and it's surrounding areas "somewhere in Nevada".
You primarily take role as Hank J. Wimbleton, Sanford and Deimos with one objective in mind... Destroy Project Nexus.
On your way, you will face groups of enemies sometimes the thrice the size of you. Bandits, AAHW, MERCs... And maybe even the cast of popular MC characters like Sheriff, Dr. Christoff or Tricky.
Whether you wanna go alone or with 3 other friends in Local Coop, you have 20 Levels worth of pure violence and killing to go through! They all patiently await your arrival!

*Madness Project Nexus classic, while it is a predecessor game to this game, isn't required to play to give you a backstory to see where you're left off.

Arena Combat
Your character. In Madness universe. Would be fun to see how it feels to be the Killing Machine on your own.
Being basically brought from zero, you are tasked to help out one guy to save Nevada from destruction.
Start off a business as one of the toughest and the deadliest companies that Nevada has ever seen.
Train and equip your character to your fitting or to adapt your origins.
    Choose between 4 combat methods.
  • Unarmed will help you deliver deadlier punches
  • Melee will teach you how to use anything blunt or sharp more effectively
  • Ranged makes you use guns like a professional
  • Acrobatic teaches you how to avoid most dangers by dodging your way and throwing weapons
With 4 Contracts and 8 Missions, you will never be bored of what's going to be thrown at you. And in case if you do get bored, deploy on Madness and/or play the Missions on Endless waves after beating their standard objectives.
You don't have to do this alone, you can hire some goons (or Hirelings) which will aid your journey into becoming a lethal killing machine and drop in some expendable troopers to assist you in combating whatever's thrown at you.

DISCLAIMER: Arena Combat is Solo play ONLY!

There are a lot of subjects to uncover for this mode, as all of it affect you and your Hirelings' statistics of the gameplay, but the game does a good job explaining individual mechanic once you get hooked up.

The Playground
The game's very own Sandbox Mode. Go crazy with unit combinations or just make a benchmark by throwing more than your rig can handle. All the power to you.

Overall side notes

First two modes have 3-4 Difficulty Options when you're about to approach their missions.
  • Tourist being the easiest, or how I'd like to call it... for Non-Players
  • Normal giving you just enough challenge to keep you interested and not make you punish that much for minor mistakes.
  • Tough will test your mettle with how well you handle the combat scenarios, because even a small mistake can cost you a Corpus*
  • MADNESS (available when you beat the mission on Tough) gives out that Madness Combat pacing where there's nothing but swift and constant violence and everyone's overall health is reduced to the point where 3rd hit can prove to be the one that breaks the Corpus*

*Corpus is the game's equivalent of Health Bars, depending on what you play, you and even your enemies have set numbers of Corpus where enough damage done to the player/enemy can break one point of Corpus.

After sinking a lot of hours playing through both primary game modes on Tough Difficulty. Faced fails and victories, and pretty much set a record of killing off enemies in one minute, I can safely say that it's one of the rarest gems you will find on the Store, provided you come from games that feature violence, guns, blood and gore altogether.

"This is the greatest PLAAA...

Henry Stickmin Collection is a remastered take on Puffballs United's wildly popular "Choose Your Own Adventure" Flash game hosted on Newgrounds.com and Stickpage.com where fails are more entertaining than actually progressing through the game.
Created by aformentioned username, this collection features 6 Henry Stickmin games, 5 of them being remastered and 6th one being an exclusive episode!

Started from "Breaking the Bank"[www.stickpage.com] (2008) and then slowly progressed with other games, such as "Escaping the Prison"[www.stickpage.com](2010), "Stealing The Diamond"[www.stickpage.com] (2011), "Infiltrating the Airship"[www.stickpage.com] (2013) and "Fleeing the Complex"[www.stickpage.com] (2015).

Re-visit the Henry Stickmin's legacy in fully remastered enviroment, as well as play the sixth and final Henry Stickmin adventure named "Completing The Mission"!

In order to play the 6th Episode, you need to play all previous episodes with at least one ending achieved.

The Sixth HS Episode takes off from whichever ending you've acquired in ItE and FtC. From there, a different story is being told with each different path, such as reuniting with Government pilot Charles one... last time after you have captured Toppat Clan Leaders and after the warden "finished you off" in a truck chase, or continuing the crime spree against Toppats with partner in crime Ellie after you two broke out from Wall and after you traded TPC Leader to Government to pardon your previous criminal records (And taking a tank).. 16 Endings. 164 Unique Fails. All in "Completing The Mission" episode.

One of the Henry Stickmin series' specialty is loaded with lots. And lots. And. LOTS. of references, whether from a game or from specific software, even from the first episode. And other...
Fails. Oh my god, it is never more entertaining to watch the decisions backfire your plans than this game. And when you fail, a text narration will present itself to either BSs their way to explain "the logic" behind why it failed or straight up taunt you or be disappointed for that decision you've made.
Once you see them, you'll never unsee them.

Oh. The soundtracks, while not being out of this world, should definitely get some nice credit in the game. Composed by either Puffballs United himself or by contributed/commissioned music artists, they capture the catchy beats, epic scenery or dramatic effect perfectly. Again, it's not out of this world, but they are definitely worth looking into.

Another neat side quest that you can do is to check on "every" character's bios you encounter in episodes by right clicking at them as soon as you see them. You ever wondered who is that bystander you'll never interact with on the other side of the steet after the court is ajourned? You can check if you find him.

Game is also packed with secrets which some may need clever sight of clicking at right time or observing the paused frame in order to reveal them. Which will trigger more references as a result A Scout one really caught me off guard.

There are some minor downsides as of writing this review.
- Options lacks basic settings, such as video resolution, sound volume(s). Not sure why, but for me, personally, I prefer to have games on fullscreen, at very least if the resolution can't have alternate solutions considering the engine of the Collection.
- Plus, on my playthroughs, I experienced couple of game crashes. Out of the blue. Just to keep in mind that it may happen to you

HS Collection is just a bundled comedic adventure that I'd recommend for all of those who want a different take in Point-n'-Click adventure and possibly never stop laughing at either fails, illogical outcomes or references snooped in the game.
For a current price, I think it's worth getting and reinforcing all 3-4 years of the developer's hard work he had put into with remastering the old goodies and with so many choices you'll see while playing the newest installments.

'That's it. You've done ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up...'

I didn't play the game since the Season 2, as I cannot be bothered to replay the same game over and over again with the very same issues that cannot be bothered to be fixed. If I left out something, apologies for anything that isn't present in the game.

World War 3 is essentially a BATTLEFIELD indie game. A multiplayer modern-military based FPS in which West and East factions are, once again, fighting for power and over more land to control.

World War 3 consists of 2 gamemodes with 5 maps.
Tactical Ops - In a vague description, it's Conquest Mode. 20v20 where both teams try their best to take control of the map objectives. Team wins when score reaches enough points or has more points when time runs out.
This mode allows you to access Strikes, which are seperated in 3 categories.
Intel - Gain or disrupt intel by deploying UAVs or Jammers
Fire Support - Deploy Artilery, Air Strikes or Bombing Runs to severely harm the enemy advances
Vehicles and Drones - Drop-in a powerful MBT, IFV, Unmanned Drone to boost your team's strength in offense or defense. Most diverse category

Team Deathmatch - Any FPS player knows what that means. A 10v10. Best of 3 rounds where each team accumulates more kills than the other. This mode doesn't support Strikes.

This game offers... decent amount of weapon customization options, but severly limited character customization (even if you bought greater Closed Beta Packs).
You have a very detailed roster for a handful of weapons that you're given. However further customization requires you to stick with the same gun/vehicle to unlock all potentials of the said customization. Not to mention a level progression where you unlock things, resetting your ability to customize weapons, once you find something of your liking.

While that all sounds like a decent deal to try it out, two major things can hold anyone back from playing.
One being frequent server maintenance. If those occur, NO ONE is able to play it, making it at their mercy to even try it out to begin with.
Second being the Third-Party Launcher that downloads the main game. As if that's not bad enough, what you'll download here is their makeshift launcher that will download far slower than what modern standard deems good connection.

From a standpoint of a player who initially bought the game since 2019, therefore holding a Veteran status for the current version, it's not worth your time. As much as I loved this game and have sunken in decent amount of time playing it, I cannot recommend you a free game that's prone to having to wait for maintenance to clear out every once in awhile..
And if anyone asks why I have awards, but no ratings. It was a positive review back in 2019-2020. Only recently changed to negative.
