This game is bad for my heart and I love it

GREAT LEADER HAS FALLEN
GUTAN MUST FALL
BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY

I like this game a lot and all that

But I really can't fully recommend it, get it when it's on sale or something

DO NOT GET THE DLC, THEY LITERALLY ARE RESKINNED ENEMIES UP UNTIL THE FINAL BOSS

A very good political simulator merged with playing as an actual person instead of a faceless leviathan where you have to manage both personal life between friends, coworkers as family.

Politics: 9/10
Gameplay: Doesn't hurt your eyes and is relaxing
History: I love this world they made and the detail they put in
Music: Like you're looking down at Holsord from the balcony of the Maroon Palace
The Good:
-You can go various forms of each political area with the endgame even having a compass to see where you are. My best game resulted in me being a Radical Centrist
-You can't try to minmax politics i.e one country will not support you if you go for populist or left wing choices even if you have the same market economy. The game has more than simple layers like that.
-You can even either by accident or you want to risk it all, become a political puppet to people inside your own government and try to bear with the consequences

The "bad":
-Some choices seem a bit too, I'll say. One or the other, for example choosing between a Secret Police to a Anti-Corruption Agency. Gameplay wise I fully understand as both have various advantages for different stages in the game that you're trying to aim for. My Centrist game would have been better if I used the Anti-Corruption Police but i already had the Secret Police.
-Some realization of the game kinda sees you follow some of the same "tactics", methods and choices to get things and while I also understand this is less of a sandbox political sim and going for a story which I do prefer. I wish I was more ignorant to that.

The Mix:
-Following the few points, the game follows the story of a nation. Don't expect a political sandbox. You cannot form niche ideologies and political theories or fully simulate economic systems and while this thought/point fell apart in my head. What I'm trying to say is, you aren't trying to mixmax politics as you're following and choosing the story and steps of a nation in it's own world with a character that has a reputation to maintain, a party to hold together and a nation to serve.

Anyway that's it for my first actual longform review.
TLDR; Get this game

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this game so much cause my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ friend forced me to lay this, ♥♥♥♥ him cause it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying i hate this game it's such a aggravating piece of ♥♥♥♥
