I enjoyed every minute that I've spent in Dredge, very chill and relaxing game, has fun mechanics too and doesn't overstay it's welcome. Definitely worth a buy.

I liked the game itself and was waiting to buy it on steam. I bought it, but issued a refund because the game keeps crashing which is really unpleasant when you're in the middle of the boss fight. Might buy it again sometime if they solve this which I doubt.

So after last year's amazing RE2 remake which made kids of 90's feel right back at home, Capcom had all the tools to repeat that success, unfortunately it failed with this task. Let's start with marketing campaign which I find odd. Capcom claims it's not a remake, it's REimagening, but when the credits are rolling same original song from 99 is played which is gorgeous by the way. I think the biggest problem is not game's length, but not understanding who's the target audience. Original's fans got completely different game, I simply refuse to call this a remake, but RE3 2020. RE2 remake made me feel tons of nostalgia, none here whatsoever. I think younger people are going to like this game that just want to have fun, shoot some z's and watch action-packed cutscenes and not get frustrated by having to manage your inventory, save resources and do some backtracking, I as a long time series fan do not salut the changes. Many things have been cut and made simpler. Large city infrastructure that we were told about was was a huge lie, it has been heavily decreased in size compared to original and very linear(if you've played demo, you almost seen it all). Nemesis while looks cool is just disappointing worsened version of Mr.X.
If you're willing to play game 3 times or more on higher difficulties and replaying is your thing then this might be worth getting at full price, if you never ever replaying games right after you've finished, I highly recommend waiting and get it at 50% off at least, because content wise it's really more like a DLC to RE2 2019. I don't necessarily think it's bad game, but definitely bad remake.
