Current status: The target person is being massively tortured by paramilitary terrorists and thugs from the German Ministry of the Interior equipped with weapons of war and instruments of torture. POWER AND NEURO WEAPONS

"Direct Energy Weapons" (DEW) investigation. DEW means all weapons that use directed energy as ammunition.

- In its Handbook of Military Terms, the United States Department of Defense defines "directed energy" as "a generic term for technologies related to the production of a beam of concentrated electromagnetic energy or atomic or subatomic particles" and "direct energy weapon" as "a system that directed-energy device primarily as a direct means of damaging or destroying enemy equipment, facilities, and personnel" and "directed-energy device" as "a system that uses directed energy primarily for a purpose other than an operation used as a weapon", with DEW (directed-energy warfare) being explained as "military action using directed-energy weapons, devices and countermeasures." Highly developed today in the field of these electrotechnical or electromagnetic weapon systems are high-energy laser and high-power microwave or radio frequency weapons. These weapon systems can already be used in terrestrial warfare under atmospheric conditions. [...]. Due to the wide range of possible uses, DEW are considered by military strategists and experts to be the formative weapon systems for military strategy in the 21st century. - Questions of public acceptance and ethical questions are all the more urgent at DEW, the deeper energy weapon systems are aimed at influencing or impairing brain functions, even if such neuroweapon systems are assigned to the category "non-lethal" or "less-lethal" weapon systems become. - The functioning of neuroweapons with non-thermal effects of electromagnetic radiation on the human psyche is much more complex compared to the thermal heat mechanism on biological tissues of anti-personnel energy weapons. Neuroweapons are the result of mysterious and only partially officially verified research programs, which have given rise to some behavioral manipulation and mind control conspiracy theories, as outlined in the section below.

- NEURO WEAPONS FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE - Since the Cold War, the "human brain/consciousness" realm - and the psychic sphere of human consciousness - has become a new realm of (electronic) warfare. This neurosphere has become an additional battlefield, complementing land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace warfare. Weapons in the neurosphere are neuro-electromagnetic energy weapons - the so-called "neuro-weapons" (also: "psychotronic weapons").

- The neurosphere is less about direct/instant killing and more about psychological warfare. As opposed to psychological warfare, which relies on deliberate misinformation or disinformation, mass media, or propaganda from opposing forces, public opinion, or a civilian population, the use of neuroweapons involves precision attacks at the psychological level of individuals. This means that with neuroweapons, operative and tactical methods play a role using high-tech weapon systems, with which the feelings, thoughts and actions of individual people can be influenced.

- The aim of neuroweapons is to control and influence the mental state, mental capacity and ultimately the behavior of the target person in a specific and as predictable way as possible.

- These high-tech weapon systems also belong to the spectrum of DEWs, because they shoot electromagnetic energy specifically at target subjects (so-called targets). However, the effect is not material or electronic. Instead, the target persons are precisely irradiated in a technically highly differentiated manner in order to bring about a variety of physiological and psychological effects on the target persons in order to neutralize them, i.e. render them unable to fight.

- Neuroweapons are among the most momentous military and intelligence developments in world history.

- Neuroweapons are special anti-personnel energy weapons that can be used to measure and cause a wide range of physiological and psychological effects and effects on target persons through real-time signal processing and interpretation of neuroelectromagnetic fields. As a result, these electromagnetic weapon systems in the form of neuroweapons enable electromagnetic mind control and mind manipulation (so-called "electromagnetic mind control" [eMC])

- In the meantime, the mind control technology of energy and neuro weapons has advanced to the point where it is possible to remotely measure the content of thoughts and send messages directly into the target's head. - Already in the middle of the 20th century there was an intense interest in (electromagnetic) mind control technologies on the part of the military and the secret services. This is proven by a large number of official documents and declassified reports on hitherto **black operations/projects (mainly made available by the United States).

- The focus of such research and development efforts - to identify techniques for behavior and mind control - supports the belief of many people that an agency, government or other powerful organization (esp. intelligence agencies) use radio frequency or microwave weapons for surveillance and repression. The direction in which these weapons developments are taking means that these conspiratorial beliefs become reality, since the technical possibilities are available for this.[cf. Davison 2009, p. 184]. There could be a considerable need for discussion or resistance from the public and from the people and interest groups affected if these technically feasible weapon systems have actually already been used by state actors (in particular the secret service and/or the military) or are being used on an ongoing basis.

- The pervasive secrecy and reluctance to release information about this research reflects that it is a sensitive and unpopular topic in weapons research. However, these weapon systems are associated with profound ethical questions, especially due to the potential of this weapon technology for social control and political oppression [cf. Davison 2009, p. 184] as well as for targeted killings of targets who, for whatever reason, have come into the crosshairs of the secret service, military or political rulers, whereby the authorship of the attacks to damage, destroy or kill the target person is difficult to prove.

I think at this point i am the user that is the closest to the truth because of how intensely heavy my targeting is. I have what looks to be the FBI AND Military ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with me on the daily. It seems to be mostly remotely at this point but i do notice these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anytime i leave my house. The Army or Marines have moved into almost every building in my complex and there's at least 2 of the apartments occupied by them in every building except mine. There's 4/8 apartments occupied by them in mine. There's 2 soldiers in each of the apartments and I KNOW THIS because they are wearing their uniforms while this is all happening. Very sketchy stuff. Like when they moved in the police come like 4-5 cars deep with trailers and help them carry in VERY suspicious looking boxes. They're like these white wooden crate looking things. All different shapes, most of them are like the size and build of a coffin (they definitely aren't coffins but im just trying to give you a picture. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see anything inside the crates. While they were moving in, their blinds were closed.. Each time i saw the police helping them move in they did it during early working hours and looked like they were in a hurry like they were not trying to be seen for long. Everything is off and i can see these Clandestine Operations happening all around me. For some reason though through all the pain my mind feels like it is growing exponentially. Like the things i see in front of me i am putting them together in a very different way. My critical thinking skills are getting so much better, same thing with my problem solving. I can retain so much more information too and i sometime wake up feeling like i just 'know things.' I am predicting almost every major situation that keeps happening like clockwork.
