Its okay I guess

Best game ever.

This may have very quickly become one of my favorite games. I just came off playing Roboquest for the last week but this one has been immensely more satisfying and with a greater level of depth. Its only been an hour of play so far but I can already say that this game needs some work on the UI but this game is lighting in a bottle.

This game is visually offensive, defies all regular gaming conventions, and the sound design goes out of its way to make you uncomfortable. The art direction and design of this game goes out of its way to deter you.

Yet if you can get past all that you'll see that this game hits the forgotten underbelly of the immersive sim genre and is mechanically fantastic. The story is only convoluted if you don't pay attention.

If you think rubbing a toothpaste covered brick in your mouth could be an endurable experience I might recommend you purchase and play through Cruelty Squad. It's one of the best games I've ever played. if you're even reading this review it's time to give CS a try. You wont regret it.

I rarely write reviews, let alone with such a small amount of game time, but this one left a really good first impression on me. The gunplay is clean and the art style makes it very accessible to a wide audience. Looking forward to playing and streaming this more!

I picked this one up purely on the reason I liked the art style and the price doesn't hurt the bank account. Whatever expectations I had going into it were far exceeded. The controls are amazingly smooth and the combat music packs some heat.

Gameplay allows you to be act like any Hollywood bad-ass and you can change your play style at the drop of a hat. At the end of the day, This game feels ♥♥♥♥♥♥' good.

Would love to see a level maker in the future!

Insane attention to details. Incredible graphics. Gives the player everything they could want. Customization, open world, great story with developed lore, hidden secrets, multiple ways to play.

Multiplayer is pretty good.

My only comment is that I wish Konami would have let Kojima fully realize this game. I'm glad he's moved on.
