took a break from the MQ and then spent 8 hours on a side mission against pirates!!!
then hit a planet hat was under spacer attack and lost 3 hours to that one as well

Bethesda have an GREAT game here with LOTS of replay-abilitty

Devs fixed my previous issues and game is great

Bought on Xmas day 2022 and already put 16 hrs into it...if the rest of game is as good i will be happy

Don't misunderstand i still needs work and its very obvious that this is a work in progress but it IS a playable work in progress

EDITS: after adding over 100 hours:

Game is good
Combat is OK
Character story progression is OK a little on the horny side
Loot is plentiful [some things are a little TOO abundant]
NPCs are fine some are a little pushy and arrogant but they are easy to get rid off

There are SOME bugs and issues that need to be fixed but i have made it through to Balder's Gate without any major problems

I give the game a score of 8/10

I didn't really know what to expect from this game and effectively went in blind....and had an absolute blast
the best game i have played for two years

Sure it has some optimisation and balance issues BUT i'm sure they will be fixed and with DLC coming sometime next year i look forward to revisiting this absolute gem

if i had to give this game a numerical score it would be 8.5/10

Beware this game is made by a company that uses PR tricks to manipulate people into thinking they are their friend my best advice is to Avoid ALL CDPR titles if you want to be able to criticise them as the nameless and faceless steam forums moderators for CDPR ban people who challenge the narrative that CDPR weaves[18/12/22]

too many crashes in too short a time frame(three in 90 mins that shut the whole PC down) means i cannot endorse this game in its current state

Below is my Meta-Critic review in which i score the game 4/10:

Cyberpunk 2077 is Advertised as an action RPG when in truth the RPG is extremely light to non existent.The game is flashy and the graphics are nice but that's all its got going for it

story is just OK with obvious endings

The city they created is empty and dead with nothing to do outside of repetitive side missions

The main story is extremely short and very linear that offers no challenge

when we add that to all the bugs ,glitches ,crashes and broken systems:
Over 30 skills just don't work
Broken police(they spawn from nowhere don't drive any of the vehicles created for them and attack at random)
Broken citizen AI(despite CDPR saying that the NPC's have lives and routines)
Driving is a chore since the mini-map does not zoom out
High chance of clipping through the map at any time
Any summoned vehicle has a chance or driving past you and not stopping

When you add all the issues together you end up with a very weak game that so far after over EIGHT months since release has yet to be fixed and a company that seems more interested in PR stunts than fixing the game and i am very surprised its ONLY the PS store that removed it from sale.

CDPR are great at marketing sure its via outright lying and misleading consumers but not so great at making a game that works or includes features they advertised such as wall climbing,combat hacking and vertical exploration

Since the 2,1 patch on 5/12/23 the only thing this game does is load to a BLACK-SCREEN and then FLAT-LINE[CRASH} game has ZERO mods installed[ALL game and CDPR folders where DELETED] and has been reinstalled and verified multiple times on TWO different NVME M,2 SSDS and its ♥♥♥♥♥♥....CDPR have once again BROKEN something that was paid for and there has been RADIO silence on these crashes from CDPR

Before this newest patch the game worked and could be played even though it had issues it WAS playable now its just a massive waste of space and money because once again CDPR have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ people over because their EGO demands it ....negative review stays in place ♥♥♥♥ CDPR

Wish i could buy this again....or buy some meaningless pointless DLC item like an artbook or soundtrack to support the Devs cause HG and Sean rock
