its a complicated game, if you dont have a good graphics card or have the ability to run at a stable framerate you could suffer during gameplay here. the fact that anyone can attack you kinda is stupid. as a new player i expect to have some place to be safe but i havent seen an area combat free for players looking to learn, ive been ganked 4 times leaving the noob area by the same guy. If you get jumped in this game your dead at the beginning, unless you haave friends i would steer clear if your the solo player

I know no such thing actually. I now have got my moneys worth out of the game, if I compare the value to a movie (Cost of this game equals 2 movie). Best part is I have gotten more entertainment out of this game than most movies I've seen lately and I'm not done with the game by far.

and you know it. you just enjoy playing it atm. and i get it.

Jade Empire is an awesome game and also a completely different type of game from Absolver.

Looks like you just ran into a bit of bad luck being new to the game. It's pretty easy to jump to a new instance if someone in one is giving you problems in one. For the most part everyone is friendly. I've put 7 hours solo into the game so far and have yet to run into someone that wasn't helpful or just wanted a friendly duel.

I'd say unless you are set against it, give the game another try before you hit the 2 hour mark and see if things are better for you. If not, the game may just not be your cup of tea and best to refund or wait the game out and see what the future brings.

and btw, nvr said the game was crap, said if you have friends the game will come easy, and if you dont the game will be much harder. ive seen people say its close to Jade empire but even then Jade empire didnt cost me $40 and it didnt have multiplayer, AND ITS STILL A BETTER GAME.

If you really are that big of a scrub you can turn online mode off or party up with 2 of your friends and you won't encounter other players...
Simply a case of GIT GUD.
I joined PVP as soon as I reached the first shrine and still managed to beat higher level players with a fresh character.
Just because you're an entitled scrub doesn't mean that the game is crap.
