Step back in all and every way. Its still got some of the bethesda-flair you know and love from fallout and TES, but in the laziest way they created it ever. So, what are the pros and cons, compared to, let say, fallout 4 (which was a step back already in comparison to skyrim)?
Pros:
- Slightly better melee combat and gunplay
- Flying spaceships
- slightly better graphics (no ♥♥♥♥, fallout 4 is far older)
- Thats it
- Seriously, thats it
Cons:
- Mostly proc-gen world, extremely repeating content on the planets
- planets and places, aside from a few exceptions, lack meaningful storys and content
- Quests are, mostly, very linear and baaaadly written
- Mainquest is ♥♥♥♥ and extremely linear
- While there are many different aliens, they dont feel designed very good as theyre not distributed logically in the world(s), behave strange, are often badly animated, repetitive and not fun to fight against
- human enemies and robots have extremely low diversity. Like, 5 robots and 3-4 enemy human factions that all fight in the same way
- balancing is all over the place; bullet spoonges, absolutely moronic economy which makes money and most loot worthless, extremely unbalanced skill tree with strange distribution
- boring skills and skill trees
- the planets seem cool at first, but you have to run around like an idiot, the points of interest are distributed random and their placement feels unnatural
- the companions are all boring ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aside from the robot
- the loot is uninteresting, the weapons few and...okay, but also kinda boring
- atrocious wiriting: childish, safe, boring, unnatural...like space is a themepark
- no gore and few adult themes
- i could go on, but...you know, its just a letdown. Dont bother, its only good to kill a few hours at best, but then you can just play fallout 4, witcher 3, baldurs gate 3, cyberpunkt, mass effect...like, just any other rpg is better. There is no passion here, only corporate boredom.

The game is great and in itself a beacon of shining light in a sea of AAA-Trash. This review was negative, but as Sony now (after pressure) changed their stance about forcing us to create a PSN-Account, i can wholeheartedly support it again.

A fair (!) and extremely fun PVE-Shooter without FOMO and without endless grind. You want Starship troopers in Space, you get it with this game.

Dont listen to the chinese review bombers, thats just childish drama. Performance is not perfect, but works fine on my 2700x/3060 Ti and will probably get better. Otherwise, so far the game seems very, very good, easily a 90/100. Going up to 95/100 nicely as soon as the big map will be available.

Habe es damals ein paar Monate vor dem F2P-Modell gekauft, nach dem anspielen und mögen 3 DLCs für das Spiel zugekauft und dann irgendwann das Interesse verloren. Jetzt wollten meine Freundin und ich wieder anfangen...und meine DLC-Inhalte (Warmind und Osiris) sind praktisch komplett weg und Forsaken wird auch bald gesperrt...vielen Dank auch ihr gierigen Schweine von Bungie. Das ist Kundenverarsche mit verdammt schwachen Ausreden..."Platz für Neues schaffen"...ich bitte euch!

Kurz: Der Entwickler sperrt gekaufte DLC-Inhalte mit wenig Ankündigung um den Fans später mehr mittelprächtige DLCs zu verscherbeln. Absolutes NoGo und es zerstört jegliche Möglichkeit, ein Gefühl von Fortschritt sowie ein immersives und storyintensives Erlebnis zu haben.

Absolute Nicht-Empfehlung. Gieriges schröpfen von Spielern und faules wiederverwerten von Content.

Die Gründe wurden schon oft genug aufgezählt. Als jemand, der ein Fallout abseits von crafting und settlements erwartet hat, eine herbe Enttäuschung.
Falls das CK und die restlichen DLC's gut werden ändere ich meine Wertung vielleicht.

Its just sick what Valve and Beth did with the workshop, and therefore with the mods and skyrim itself. i cannot recommend a game of a company that ♥♥♥♥♥ up the fundamental base of modding.

EDIT: Valve and Beth listened to us and removed their "feature", so i recommend it again. The game itself is great, and you should definitely buy it if you like open-world-rpgs.

Well...what to say? the forest has the good chance to become the best (and first true) survival-game on the market. the atmosphere is very good, needs improvement here and there, but is comparable with dayz at its best times. the graphics are well made for an indie-titel, and the animations are even comparable with bf4-stuff. the basic idea is innovative and interesting and...you know what, ♥♥♥♥ this, just look videos to decide if you like this game. but i have the strong feeling that this can and will be the next step in the evolution of survival-games. but remember, its an alpha release, expect bugs and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up balance. now excuse me, i'll poke plants, spear fishs and send many bug-reports to the devs.

Well...better play WarThunder or Planetside (or, even better, buy a game like ro2, bf or ns2). Game is ♥♥♥♥, boring, p2w and full of kiddies. dont be so stupid and start playing, its a waste of time.
