Constant crashes that ruin your save? Yeah no thanks/

With the microtransactions you would think they would keep their servers from constant crashing.

Ok at first this game did not have a very good launch as we all know. Bugs, missing features, boring worlds, etc. Then the foundation & Pathfinder updates arrived where it fixed some of the bugs & added features that changed the game for the better. The story that was added isn't all that bad either. Now did it fix all the issues form launch? No in fact I noticed more crashes & framerate drops until a patch corrected some of it, but it did make a difference that went from a broken mess to a fixeble hope. With the upcoming NEXT update that is suppsoed to be bigger than the last 2 major updates; we can expect the game to change once more that may even exceed the E3 hype. So in the end I have decided to change my review to recommend this game. is it worth the full $60? I say maybe not, but I say it's easily worth a $40-$45 investment at it's current state.

Ok I'm a fan of the Deus Ex series; played all the games (Execpt for deus ex go sicne my phone isn't compatible) and even played revision that came out last year. Like many others I pre-order Deus Ex MD buying into the hype a bit too much. That was after the whole pre-order fiasco a while back of course. Then it turns out PC got the game last behind PS4 and XboxOne versions (Even though it's digital) and when it did got released there was the exciting time of long unpacking load times (What fun right?)

Finally when I got to play had minor issue slike FPS drops, etc but that didn't bother me much. Next I saw the good oh microtransaction store, yeah a single player game so needs a microtransaction shop and let's not forget DRM. Then the good oh crashes began as I couldn't even play it without the infamous "Deus Ex has stopped working" message. So I requested a refund and waiting on that to go through. Turns out all those ranting posts on the fourms weren't all exgaggerations after all.

I love bad PC ports as we pay the same price, get the most delays, and of course lazy devs who neglect the PC market. Look I get that you want to make sure the console verisons work fine, but why do you have to give the PC gamers the short end of the stick? Anyways I might re-purchase Deus Ex down the line when the game is playable, but until then I guess I'll skip MD and watch youtube playthroughs.

I got this as a package deal for all the Deus Ex Titles during the summer sale so in this case it's worth the $2, BUT it's also the WORST title out of the 4 games. Stiff controls, lower than average graphics, and a short storyline is not an ideal Deus Ex. Granted it's a "port from moblie but it's a poor excuse and a slap in the face to Deus Ex fans! And has Q & A testing gone extinct as well? Bugs such as guns won't fire, disspearing bodies, and I seen reports of crashing on the fourms. People bash on IW but at least it's playble LOL. Like I said if this comes in a package deal then yes get it as it's ok for a runthrough for the story of Ben Saxon but other than that just enjoy the other 3 titles :).
