As someone who grew up with the Dead Space series, I can say that it is a production that is very faithful to the original and improves it in many ways.

- Some weapons have slightly different animations and usage. It is better. In a positive way.
- Isaac can now talk, which makes him more alive.
- Although the level designs are the same, they made some things in the levels a little more alive, there are some small cinematic-like events. This also improved the presentation of the game.
- The graphics and particle effects are great.
- They brought the flying mechanics that came with DS2 to this game. Now, instead of gliding and jumping in some areas, we directly fly.

Overall, it is a great remake. The original game was already good, this one is even better. Unfortunately, the sales were not as high as EA wanted. I hope they make a remake of the second game because 2 was objectively better than 1. Its remake would be great. I hope to see DS2 one day.
