Early Access Review
I have played this game for 25 hours this weekend.... I'm finally letting it settle for a few days

Being able to make multiple outposts makes it so much easier to actually focus on having an actual base, not needing to constantly grab all your stuff and move to the next zone. Fast travelling between all of those points was a great mechanic.
Grapple hook and glider mechanic is great! especially with the final glider from the tops of towers.
Actually getting bonuses for decorating your base to add time to your rest bonus was a great idea. Constantly upgrading so i can have that 40 minute rest bonus

For a first release of early access, this game is in great shape. I've only had an issue with a few bugs that i will list below:
1. I have started taking damage while using the pick ax and felling ax, and bombs deal 200 damage to me, no matter how far away they blow up
2. if enemies get glitched in to the ground, it makes it easier to kill them, but a pain to loot them... if i find their bodies.
3. Sometimes health bars disappear, my shield is invisible, or i no longer get notified of loot going in to my inventory
4. Some quests get glitched, mostly involving chests, if a friend opens it before me, I can't finish the quest
5. Movement locked after looting, or not being able to block. Can be frustrating in fights, especially the guy dual wielding poison axes.

The building system is very well put together, especially with the auto forming when putting blocks together. And with the various sizes of blocks being able to be used, so you can nearly perfect the shape you like with floors, walls, and ceilings. My buddy spent hours playing with the farming mechanics, as well as the crafters. Having high tier armor being difficult to make because of the resources makes the game actually fun to grind. it isn't very easy to get end game gear unless you know where to farm.

The custom class building is a lot of fun, especially when you can build a tank/warrior, and get the blink perk. Being able to add little perks from nearby skill trees makes building a class very fun. Especially since its very cheap to reclass.

Possible changes/additions?
1. Being able to scrap armor, like weapons, for runes
2. A Lantern you can wear on your hip
3. More rings, maybe amulets.
4. Fully upgraded legendary gear gives a free perk in the skill tree it respectfully plays off of. Don't need mana steal on a barbarian or ranger build for example

Ive really enjoyed this game, and look forward to things to come with it
