Nothing that frequent. Closer to once in a blue moon. There was one last month but it was more or less the only one of 2023.

I'd suggest checking out a project called Black Orchestra. It's a mod for RS2 that is porting the entirety of RO2/RS1 and HOTW to RS2's engine with all it's features and such.
