Description
This mod adds more units for Armenia to use to expand their roster. Inspired from historial sources and done withen the games capabilities.

Units:

Armenian Sparabara: Armenia's early military was largely Persian based. Even later in history their equipment and fighting style of some men reflected persian ways. The sparabara is essentially a spear militia. Quilted armour and the occasional helmet combined with better training than most levy spearmen mean that these men can hold the line better.

Armenian peltasts: Light infatry equipped with axes and javelins. Perfect for engaging other light infantry and can survive a bit longer when engaged themselves.

Mardig Swordsmen: Many call them imitation Legionaries. In many ways they are. However these men were around before roman influence. Their fighting style according to historians was very simialr to roman legionary tactics. They formed a cohesive formation, followed orders to the letter and dealt the pain. Though they still lack the discapline of roman soldiers. Made up of lesser Azat nobles and rich freemen.

Armenian Long spear Phalanx: Armed with a short pike and a large tower shield these men can hold any line and are a great danger for cavalry. They are enough to make elephants think twice. However they can be overwhelmed by large numbers of infantry and don't cope very well with being flanked. But If you want to cut off a street or create a killing zone these are the men to have.

Armenian tower shield assaulters: First up the walls these men have been picked out for their skills. Years of battle have made these men wealthy enough to afford slightly better equipment. These spearmen are great for assaulting positions held by other spearmen or light infantry. Their morale is high enough for them to ignore casulties. However these men are decimated by axemen.

Armenian Royal Guard Archers: The kings own archers. Equipped with a longsword and composite bow. These are the archers you want on your walls. Not quite as good as their persian counterparts but elite nonetheless.

Caucasian Spearmen: From the Caucasus region north of armenia these men are feirce warriors. With their Galatian Inspired Thureos Shields They almost look celtic. They are a mix of Nomad and eastern men. Though many of them are actually Albino. Historians believe this is where lighter skin tones originated due to genetic mutations.

Caucasian Slingers: The sling was a nessesary weapons in the mountains where these men are from. From farming to personal defence. There was always a military need for good slingers which these men were.

Caucasian Skirmishers: A hail of javelins by these strange looking men is enough to make any man think twice.

Azat Bow Lancers: Heavy cavalry With a fast horse equipped with a bow. If needs be he can charge forward lance in hand. The ultimate shock cavalry. Disrupting the lines with a hail of arrows before charging in againts the shattered troops to finish them off. No shield and an unarmoured horse leaves them vunerable to counter missile fire and melee cavalry.

Armenian Foot Nobles: Made up of a vareity of rich Azat nobles with some lesser Nakharar's or sons of Nakharar's. These heavy armoured men usually ride with the cavarly. Though sometimes they were needed to fight with the infantry inspiring them to fight on harder. They Picked up a large Aspis type shield rather than the usually small round cavarly shield. Not the most elite of swordsmen but their heavy armour means they can take a beating.

Unit cards need to be done. I've done a few but not all of them.

It won't crash and all the units still work. Even though it will say it's out of date. But it is up to date trust me. I haven't found any reason to update it further.
