I'd suggest checking out a project called Black Orchestra. It's a mod for RS2 that is porting the entirety of RO2/RS1 and HOTW to RS2's engine with all it's features and such.

There isn’t really a class that will get you fast XP. It depends how you play the game.

The way to get the most XP is to be in the cap zone at all times. Close range combat in the cap zone can get you 3x as many points per kill than killing people outside the cap zone. You also get points for contesting, capturing and defending cap zone.

If you want the most points then you need to get good at close range fights.

Look I get it, being banned from a server sucks. I've been banned for misunderstandings myself. No admin is perfect. They can make mistakes. It can all be cleared very easily by staying calm and using whatever process they have to get unbanned and state your case before them.
