Waste of money.
Bought IN-GAME purchase (Vault Tec Starter Pack) and didn't get it in game.
My refund request was denied because purchase was activated.
But I didn't activate it and didn't get anything.

Same issues are reported on Bethesda forums but support ignores it and doesn't answer support tickets.

Thanks Valve. Thanks Bethesda.
