I'd pay almost anything for a new personality pack that lets you truly explore being evil and with lots of good voice acting to go with it. I was expecting that with launch but shit, I don't want to be a nice guy, but since they force us to be nice, this is just weird.
Bethesda have over 100 talented employees but clearly they didn't assign enough and we got a subpar product.
Adding simple objects like this carries small risks of bugs. The only requiring new scripts would be cages which is still very basic.
About half the stuff here is recycled or require minimum effort.
Heartfire added new mechanics. This does not unless you count a simple script to spawn an enemy new mechanics.
