I'm quite a bit disappointed at the moment with Street Fighter V. There is very little in the way of single player content, and the game doesn't even include a basic arcade mode. The story mode currently available lasts for three or four fights, and that's literally it for each character.

None of this would be nearly as bad if I didn't find myself having pretty long waits between online matches. On the bright side, in the matches I did get into, I had no technical issues or lag, even playing between platforms against PS4 players.

The game's mechanics seem pretty solid, and this should eventually evolve into a pretty great game. At this time, however, I can only really recommend this to a hardcore Street Fighter fan. I hope down the road I'll be convinced to change this review to a positive.

First, the good.
Metal Gear Solid V provides top notch stealth gameplay; it's the best of the series in that regard. There are a number of different ways you can go about completing any given mission. You're also going to get a lot of game time for your money from this one. At 79.2 hours, I've only achieved a 56% completion rate.

The graphics look pretty incredible overall in this game. The fox engine is very well done, and it makes me wish Kojima would have been able to somehow get the older Metal Gear games on it.

The not so good:
The narrative isn't quite as strong as some of the other games in the series. A lot of information is tied to listening to casette tapes, which I don't consider very ideal. The game is divided into two chapters, and the second feels half baked. The ending was rather abrupt.

My other gripe with the game is that there is a lot of repetition which does take away some of the enjoyment. There are times where I was immediately sent back to an area I just performed a mission in, to find that guards were fully staffed again, as if I hadn't just been there hours earlier (in game time). I would have enjoyed some extra areas in the game.

This repetition rears its ugly head the most in chapter two, where a number of missions are literally the same ones from chapter one but with harder difficulty.

Overall, I did enjoy my time with Metal Gear Solid V. If you're looking for great stealth gameplay, it's hard not to recommend this.

For a buck, this game will provide you with plenty of fun. I was quite surprised to find this game to be as good as it is. I thought it would be a simple joke with almost no gameplay, but I find myself looking forward to playing more to unlock new modes and beat my previous scores.

Check it out! You can do far worse things with one dollar.

Wow. This RPG is a breath of fresh air. In most games in the genre, you can try to be the good guy, but you can literally get through this game without killing a thing, which is a nice change of pace. There are lots of memorable characters, and the humor is actually pretty funny in most cases. The encounters manage to feel unique all the way up to the game's ending. By the time I had finished my playthrough, I had a gigantic grin on my face.

Don't miss this one!

This is a port of my favorite game of all time. The game itself is still intact, and should be played by any JRPG fan. There are a few issues holding this version back from greatness, however.

The Good
Music seems to be the same as the SNES original.
Memorable characters and story
Backgrounds, character portraits, and enemies look quite good

Neutral
The art style of the character sprites is incredibly divisive. They don't bother me, but you might feel otherwise.

The Bad
The UI could have been given some improvements to make this more PC friendly.
For some reason, controllers can only be enabled by using the launcher. If you lose your connection to your controller during play, you'll have to exit the game to re-enable it.
Some users have been experiencing various bugs (Personally I have not had issues)
Limited display options

All in all, I would say it's a somewhat mediocre port of an amazing game.

I'm completely at a loss for words as to how to even describe this game. If you are looking for an interesting experience, this is definitely worth checking out. I find myself still thinking about it long after having finished.

This game works as an FPS with some light RPG elements, but that's not what I come to the Fallout series for. While 4 has improved on shooting mechanics, massive steps have been taken backwards when it comes to the actual role playing elements.

Past games in the series have provided numerous methods of solving the various situations and problems the player encounters. In this one, almost every single problem is going to be solved by getting your weapons out and wiping out the opposition. Gone are the days of talking or thinking your way out of your situation. Stats like charisma and intelligence are largely irrelevant due to extremely limited options in dialogue, most likely thanks to having a voiced protagonist.

Even one of the game's neatest new elements, the settlement system has some large drawbacks. Being able to create settlements and build them the way you like is cool at first, but it becomes rather tedious when one small farm calls you back four times in a row to rescue a kidnapped settler. Another drawback is that you are going to have to gather up tons of junk in your travels if you really want to go deep into settlement creation, severly limiting your ability to carry equipment that is actually useful. Ultimately the time you spend on your settlements won't provide much benefit to your character anyway.

If you are simply looking for a game with a post apocalyptic world to explore and mess around in, there's quite a lot of fun that can be found here. Unfortunately, if you are looking for a deep role playing experience like the Fallout series is known for, there is a lot of disappointment in store for you.

If you are a big fan of Left 4 Dead, chances are you are going to enjoy the hell out of this game (especially if you're into Warhammer as well). Mechanics are very similar, although there are some additional features that adds some twists. Each of the five different characters has some subtle variations in play styles, which can be further altered by different equipment options. After each level, you can have the chance to gain even more gear for your characters.

I'm having a lot of fun with Vermintide so far, and it's definitely worth the price of admission.

Creating microtransactions to unlock items (which aren't just cosmetic) which you may have to purchase DLC to actually use is a horrible practice.
This comes after Overkill promised no transactions.
