-Playing with a mate that has 8 hours game play (not long purchased the game).
-We were killed by an obvious hacker that wasn't even hiding the fact that he was hacking. (Usual for PUBG)
-We all reported him
-My mate that just purchased the game gets a permanent ban?
-Support has been anything but helpful, all they need to do is watch his game play and see he wasn't hacking. (apparently too hard)

WORST development and support team of any game I've ever seen. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
