Ok, i just played it yesterday.. but this games makes me fall in love.. i mean really, the optimization is very good.. i'm playing all maxed out on 1440p (i want 4K, but i think i cant reach steady 60fps on 4k)..

here we go..

GAMEPLAY
wow.. i mean, so different from another shooter like COD or BF franchise, in this game you shoot while standing still= DEAD.
you got to keep the momentum, and aware of your sorrounding, and health is getting from enemy by glory kill it (melee kill, or special kill) and ammo too, sure there is a health pack or ammo pack lying on the ground, but if you want to survive you gotta keep moving and kill that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ demons.. the combat is very fast paced, makes me pumped with adrenaline, and with the TOTAL BADASS music, it really makes me "in the mood" to killing demons..
The level design is great, sure doom is a Linear game, but it's not very linear, in every chapter you can roaming around searching collectibles and secret place like doom classic map, doomguy collectible, finding a hidden weapons and upgrades.. and sure it gives the game kinda feel open world.. the Upgrade system is good addition too.. but personally, the thing that makes this game very fun is the difficulty.. i played it on Ultra Violence difficulty (hard), and it feels just right, because if you play it on normal the enemy is less stronger and less agressive, and the damage done to us is not very big.. in the Ultra Violence you must really fight to survive (even harder on the Nightmare difficulty cuz 1-2 hit and you are dead)..

STORY
i'm not far enough to see all the stories goes (i'm chapter 3, i'll update soon as i progress further), but so far the story is just normal, not too interesting or not too bad.. it''s np problem.. but who cares right?

GRAPHIC & OPTIMIZATION
i think this game is sooo beautiful, so detailed, the gore.. the blood splatter, the explosion, the hellish scenery.. it's just MINDBLOWING.. ID software and beth is doing good for pushing the graphic.. i play it on all max, and it's beautiful.. i'm using 980 Ti with a not too modern processor (i7 3770) and 16gigs of ram, and the Frame rate is VERY STEADY on 60Fps. it's sooooo rare that AAA games is very well optimized like this, so thumbs up to the DEVS..

SOUND & MUSIC
the music is a WOWWWWW... just make the adrenaline pumped to kill all the enemies..!! the sound itself is so loud and detailed, the balance with bass & treble is perfectly sync, the sound of gun blazing makes you feel alive.. and the sound of the demons makes you feel threaten..

THE PROS & CONS
- i think the Multiplayer is the weak link in this game, i think the Multi isn't offering something different and it just bland..
- the snapmap isn't just giving all the content map, maybe it will be added on free updates
- the season pass is too expensive (but the DLC is all for multiplayer, so for you who want just play the Single Player, you won't be losing a content).
- always online-DRM.. :(
- 53 GB size..
+ the Single Player campaign is very EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.
+ the replayability is high i think, considering the collectibles you must find, and the increasing difficulty makes the games more challenging (on ultra nightmare, it's permadeath).
+ BFG... !!
+ the SOUND and MUSIC is amazing..!!!
+ GREAT OPTIMIZATION FOR PC..!!


is it WORTH TO BUY?
DEFINITELY.. and now is the right time to buy it.. it's on discount 50% (until 9 august 2016) off.. GRAB IT..!!

overall, i think this game is the best SP shooter in 2016.. and a strong candidate for GOTY..
i give the game score of:

why not 10? cuz the multiplayer..

-THIS GAME IS A ♥♥♥♥ SIMULATOR. i mean, if you live in that kind of world that has no rule, you will be killing anybody withoout question and steal all their belongings.

this is a WIP review, (hopely) i will update this review as i play..
based on my 2 hours experience, this re-release version of Batman Arkham Knight performance is maybe or maybe not dissapointing.. surely i reached to 90+fps on my oc 980ti , but the frame rate is occasionally drop below 60 whenever using batmobile, but if not using a batmobile, it's almost stable at 80-90fps..
and before i upgraded to 980ti (before, i'm using gtx 670), this game's performance isn't so good, it even not reach 40 fps.. so this game is not hardware friendly, you must have a high end pc to play it (if you want play it at 660+ fps)... :(

-how about the games itself?
Batman Arkham Knight is a wonderful games, great city design, engaging gameplay, rich content (if you have season pass)..
-sound?
i think the sound is a bit low compared to arkham city..
-graphic?
the graphic is very top notch, i like the nvidia enhanced rain, it makes the games more alive and realistic, the character details is insanely amazing..
-story?
well i'm not that far yet.. but so far so good.. :)

so, is it worth to buy?
it depends on your hardware, if you have a 1080p monitor but not having a high end VGA cards, don't buy it.. or buy it and test it for yourself and if you don't like the performance or the game, you can always refund it.

do i personally reccomend this game?
absolutely.

the game itself is great, it's like More Improved Blood Money..
but the performance optimization is BAD..
the game greyed out the settings according to our PC Spec, and the performance is not STABLE.. frame drop everywhere..
that is a shame.
the number one aspect of game is it's performance, if the performance itself failed to impress, then this is a bad PORT,.

do this game worth to buy? yes, it is.. this is a SOLID hitman game..
do i reccomend to buy it now? NO. unless you have a high end PC, and love HITMAN very much.

about the episodic nature, i don't complain, there's 3 map, 2 of it are training map and 1 of it is a campaign map, it's huge and offering a lot of gameplay, really.. there's so many possible way of killing your target..! you can complain if you can find all the killing methods in a short time.. but it's impossible (unless you search for info on web).

i will update this review as the game goes by, is it improving or is it failing..

ok, i've played this on a (p)(i)rataa version for about 30-40 hours? i'm on summer, year 2.. and i'm feeling bad, cuz i really enjoy playing this game, but on the other side it's a (p)(i)rataa version..

so one day (this day, a couple hours ago) i buy it .. why? it's because i really love this game, and when i heard that this game is created by 1 person, my heart is touched..
i want to support ConcernedApe by buying this game, and ConcernedApe is a great dev, he listen to the players, active on reddit, active to update the games, that is L. O. V. E.... there's so few company or dev who makes the game with love, lately they make it with 90% greed.. but not this game, this game filled with passion and love from the creator, and i can feel it.. :)


i can keep typing all the sentimental feeling, but this is not a diary, this is a review, so long story short here's my review:

PROS:

- huge sandbox for your farm, you can design it your own way.
- AAA Quality for a cheap price.
- high replayability, great character customization
- the NPC all have a story and character
- love the fishing mechanic
- there's a combat too
- good atmospheric lighting and tone to set the mood for the each season.
- if you are Harvest Moon BTN fanboys back then, you sure will feel a lot a nostalgic feeling playing this game
- Dejavu almost all the time
- now you can zoom in/out
- the farming just satisfying experience in this game
- you can be Gay :)
- so many thing to do
- and the most important thing is, "ONE MORE DAY" alert.. you can't stop playing it..!!

the cons:
- the control are little bit off, especially the ground aim, i keep making a wrong watering or digging, ultimately when using a x360 controller, but not so much on M&K, but that's not such a big issues, but i think this must be improved.
- the village event is not too much, i want more (this is more a personal perspective)
- you can't interact more to your pets, i want to be able to pick up or play fetch at least with pets :)
- you can't poligamy lol
- sometimes it crash :(
- the hat don't have any special effect.
- object placing when using a controller is very bad.. so hard..

as you can see, the cons is not a big deal, and just a matter a perspective.. so if you done reading a couple of review, see a couple gameplay video, and you have the budget, just buy it bro/sis.. :)

this is game with full of Love and Passion from the Dev..

okay, here's my review

the good:
+ absolutely great gameplay
+ just like hitman blood money, there's a many way you can kill your target, just keeps on improving your way and explore.
+ NOT too Linear.
+ the graphic are good
+ optimization is very good, very stable on PC.
+ Have a high Replayability

The bad:
- all i can think of the bad is just the AI, i think the AI sometimes feel dumb, especially on normal difficulties.

if you haven't played it yet, i think you should.. because there's a sequel and it's about to released this year (2016)..!
but if you want to buy it, wait for sale.. cuz this game will be pretty cheap..
with the gameplay, and non linear level design, this game will blow your mind and will test your creativity for using a various skill..
but the main selling of this game isn't just about non linear level design or the overall gameplay, the story is good too, good character, lore, and background..

so, wait for a sale, and buy it..
you won't regret it if you loved games with a non-linear level design and RPG-ish style..

this game is the ultimate games of ARPG genre, the dev combine all the good things in Diablo franchise, Torchlight, and Path of Exile and of course their own game Titan Quest, and makes a masterpiece in an ARPG history..

the Pros:

+ Dual Class with hundreds of posibilities
+ huge world
+ nice graphic, great atmosphere, great audio, ambiance
+ hundreds of GAMEPLAY for a cheap games
+ you can try many combination of build, and skill choices, and class
+ HUGE replayability
+ this is an AAA Games Quality (in a good way)
+ HUGE array of Loot
+ Great Single Player experience
+ STABLE performance, smooth at @60fps with all setting maxed out in 1080p.


this game set a new standards for ARPG genre, it's fresh, it's addictive, and promise a lot of gameplay hours with the huge map and the class combining feature greatly encouraging you to play it again and again with different way to play your hero..

and this is the cons i think from this game:

- Multiplayer servers is not that good if you into the multiplayer
- our own character doesn't have a full voice
- minimal customization to the character looks, we just given a gender option, lol ( but not a big deal, since the important things to see is the gear, not the look of her/his face :) )
- the voice acting is not that good, but not bad.
- this game is risked being monotonous and repetitive if you try too rush through and to the people who new at this genre

overall, i give this game rating
95 / 100

why? it is because the game is so content-rich, AAA style games with a CHEAP price..!
NO NEED to wait it until SALE..
BUY it right NOW..
you wont regret it..

it is indeed a MASTERPIECE..
