They just need to work on spamming pings more often, yelling in the mic so others can hear them, baiting themselves so others can get the kills, making more noise so enemies get distracted and rotate, removing silencers on all guns when possible, throwing grenades at team mates so they get used to these conditions (such as flash bangs and smoke), damaging team mates by any means necessary teaching them to be more careful with their life,

spraying around the enemies to be a good teacher and show both team mates and the other team where not to shoot, buying every round to show there is money to spend and you might clutch that round, spamming the defuse button waiting to the last second to get timing right learning to never buy a kit since that $400 can be used as vital income for other things (armor and 1 deag every round), and of course lastly forgetting the 1 deag all together because if you charge at an enemy with nothing but a knife - the knife can do an insta kill if hit from the back which isn't always guaranteed with a deagle.

other than that they're a great player! :D
