I cannot overstate how much I enjoy this game. After progressively getting disappointed by modern game releases and only ever buying a few games well after release on sale (and still being disappointed), I'm extremely impressed and ecstatic that a game like Pizza Tower exists. In fact, I was so blown away after seeing someone play it on launch that I bought it the next day. The music, art style, controls and level design are perfect and make the game insanely replayable. It's like a mix of Wario Land and the Genesis Sonic the Hedgehog games with a bit of Earthworm Jim thrown in and would have fit in perfectly if it were released back in then. The difficulty is a well-crafted, organic-feeling challenge and it is very rewarding when you succeed. This is one instance where I feel the full asking price of the game was not only worth it, but a great deal with just how incredible this game is. You can really tell the developer was passionate about making an appealing experience and my appreciation is through the roof. If you actually enjoy video games, purchase this immediately.
