With the latest update on itemization this game finally feels complete.
The core gameplay loop and the soundtrack was already amazing, and we can safely say that Fatshark has perfected the co-op shooter/hack and slash formula, but the previous few updates really brought the game up to complete status.

It is a shame steakholders can rush developers into early releases for a quick buck, but now I feel like I can give a positive review.

I still feel like the cosmetic shop currency is still predatory with no way to just outright pay for cosmetics, like in Vermintide 2, but that is only cosmetics and I can live without them.

If you are a fan of Greek myth you have to play this game;
If you are a fan of rouge-likes you have to play this game;
If you are a fan of amazing art, direction, storytelling and music you have to play this game...
You just have to play this game!

The amount of polish even on en early access version is exceeding all expectations, cannot thank the Supergiant team enough for continuing to keep this shining bright spark alight.

There are simply no words how high Larian has raised the standards of gaming with this masterpiece.
Having only started again after finishing early access I have no doubt the entire experience will be unfathomably enthralling.

You never want this game to end, cannot wait for Hades 2

Keyboard and mouse controls are unusable without at least 3 different mods, graphics seem all over the place and generally just a downgrade from DS 1

Lot of fun with friends, the learning curve is a tad steep, but the sense of triumph is all the sweeter because of it. The DLCs are a bit pricy but every mission is full of secrets to find which are a real challenge if you don't take the easy route and look online. On higher difficulties teamwork is vital and there is nothing better than achieving victory together.

Staying up until 4 am has never been easier, 10/10 would skip sleep, eating, and work to play again.

Nothing quite scares you like a hail of angry frogs.
At least you can eat something.
