Decent game on rails; very dated but lines up with the original Robocop movies. Not sure why fetch quests were put in the game though for a shooter. Story isn't very original, pretty much what I'd expect out of the game. Maybe 30-40 hours of content.

Get on a deep sale, not at full price.

Update April 2025
---
TLDR: Not worth your time, avoid game.

Long form:
Too many cheaters and latency issues. Even when you finally get a decent match, rarely anyone talks. Most of my in game friends have already quit; there are barely any streamers playing this game any more which should say a lot.

Ops is dead because it gets no real attention, which is sad for the best part of the game. Space City (the final objective map) is full of over geared try hards, sweats, and cheaters. Lots and lots of cheaters.... Brakesh is their best ops map, but only open every 3 hours for an hour. Frustrating and annoying. Only 4 maps to play; removing the only raid which was a lot fun, but never improved or expanded on. Most players are stuck on Dam Easy/Normal due; Layali you can wait 15-30 minutes for a match where you die within 5 mins. Space City is a given that you're going to die to a cheater even if you survive the sweats. Boring....

They did introduce a gear cap for easy which the community asked for, but totally screwed up the implementation. Instead of striving to make Easy playable for resets when you've lost your gear with a basic ticket, you are constantly running into purple geared persons that you can't bring appropriate ammo to combat. Effectively, recreating the problem of people bringing in red or gold gear into easy, but not letting people bring the ammo in to combat it. They need to limit by gear value, limit armor to max ammo rating to bring in, and limit the value of the guns being brought in. I've recommended they limit to 200K, the same as the standard kits which have blue armor and blue ammo, but their unresponsive, too focused on trying to combat the cheaters which are already ruining the game.

Warfare is a cheap Battlefield knock off that's sometimes fun, but mostly not. The gun play is ok; however, the constant spawn kills without protection or the people using head glitching to fight is painful. Head glitch is using the smallest exposure of your head to "peek" something that rarely anyone can see and you shoot from the top of your head, not the gun which is already a massive problem. Players jump like their on the high jump teams in the Olympics, able to jump over you in the middle of combat, but you get stuck on small boxes.

It's a money farm trying to get you to buy everything with real money for pretty much everything. There isn't a real pay to win element; it's trying to be COD with Pokemon with their weird skin quality market system that leverages real money. Sure you can sell a mandle brick, but no one buys them and that in game market has crashed where a mandle brick might be worth pennies and they want hundreds of dollars for a "quality" skin for one gun.... Yeah

This game really does well building guns. It feels good, sharing builds and so on. Really well done; but useless if no one plays.

Warfare mode. They can't keep player count because of the ongoing problems. They do try to address the cheaters, I get a lot of confirmation messages for reported cheaters. I've only gotten a "gear" set back once though which is terrible.

Good luck, have fun. Potential here, but it's a flop at this time.

Delta Force is good to start; then as you progress in rank, the game becomes brutal.

Two parts: Ops and Warfare.

Ops was fun, until your stuck fighting hackers or sweats every match. If I wanted to be in a tournament, I would join one. We want to relax and have fun. Doesn't mean to be matched with people who've studied every spawn point with 2-3M gear sets wrecking people who can barely get a standard ticket at times.

People are over geared for easy maps (no cap on what can be brought in), the normal maps are full of hackers who one shot you without any LOS. The game is becoming unplayable due to the "match making" that puts you against "similar skilled" people. I'm sorry, I don't walk around the map knowing exactly where everyone is and one shoting them in the head.

Warfare isn't much better. Gear is free, you die alot. There will be constant, WTF and HOW did that person get me.

No replay to verify if any kill is legit; only what you see in recap. Which is bad... in game, I'll light someone up and hit them 20+ times; person 1-2 shots me. Except, in recap you can see that I only hit 4 times and the other person landed 10 hits on me... but only shows in game 1-2. Latency isn't bad, about 30-80 most matches. So not sure what kind of netcode they are using, but its bad.

Overall, the game is great for free. Wish the match making was better. Until they fix the hit detection issues and get the sync correctly for latency, avoid this game. Will only piss you off and frustrate you.

I'll finish the season, play with friends, but I think I'm done with this game... 12 days since it came out.

I've maybe played an hour of this game. The rest of the "time played" is the damn shader recompiles. That said, still in tutorial, just learned stealth kills which shot the gun instead (I know I pressed F, not left click). Won the fight, got the bandage, and crashed.

So I've barely played an hour, but 14 hours recorded because of shader recompile; can't refund, even though I've not played 2 hours. The game is buggy, audio is soo darn quiet until you find the fix to use headphones, narrow. The game seems to run ok, but it sucks. I wanted to like this game, but it's a hard pass until it's fixed. I doubt it's going to be fixed a year past release with these issues persisting.

I just couldn't get into it. Just isn't fun. I'd rather go back and playing Dying Light 1.

Decent fun game; a bit painful on tracking targets. Would have preferred more realistic flight in space. Plays like an atmospheric flight sim with later unlock "drift". Turn rate is extremely slow to handle some of what's thrown at you.

Decent time waster; pick up on sale only.

I'm not a WH40K super fan. I've played a few games, loved the universe and some of the lore. This game is very steeped in its lore and play style. I'm still learning, but having a blast. Definitely a good game and addition from the developers from Pathfinder games. Similar but different enough to enjoy the nuances for WH40k.

Found a game breaking bug in Act 3; no active support respond in over 72 hours. Force re-installed game, recovered my ability to play.

Game is good, support doesn't seem to be active any more.

Fantastic fun game. Really enjoyed this one and wish there had been more to it. -10 hours on playtime due to forgetting it running over night one evening.

Utter garbage game, no where near as good as "The Crew". Even for $1, it's not worth the aggravation. Thanks but no thanks. Give us "The Crew" offline, not this garbage. No more Ubisoft games for me, cause buying isn't owning.

Game requires Ubisoft connect, ok... First time start, asked for CDKey to register the game. Couldn't find one, spent a bit finding the answer; just close and restart everything again. Had to repair the game several times before it would actually start. Hate the tutorial game play from car to boats to plane. When it switched to planes, no controls work... just kept crashing right into the ground. Couldn't turn, throttle or anything. For the "age" of this game, surprised its so broken. No wait, I'm not. The DLC doesn't work either.

Ciao, Ubisoft. Hope you fix your stuff, cause your stock is crashing.

Really enjoying this game so far on PC and Steamdeck. There is a visual issue with Steamdeck, you MUST disable half rate shading to resolve an odd blackening of the screen when looking at a specific direction, which can prevent progression. This is a setting outside of the game, not within it. Tried a lot of settings and rendering choices trying to resolve.

Disable the half rate shading and will immediately resolve this darkness issue.

Started the game, forced into three types of game style I don't care for. Uninstall. No didn't even give it a try. If you want to be a player centric game, then let the players pick or build classes vs being forced. Yes, I looked online and saw more were available. Seems like a poor design trying to clone Warframe. I'll come back in a few months after the dust settles and the bugs are ironed out.
