UPDATE: Still a good game.

The origin of video games can be traced all the way back to a random Indian king that wanted his maids to keep grinding spices. Fast forward all the way to 2014, video games become more and more about grinding on and on. And then, 2015 happened, boom - Metal Gear Solid V was released.

Video Kojima created MGSV with only one goal in mind: "gaming? ♥♥♥♥ dat ♥♥♥♥". And then puts you into a linear, scripted scene where you get to meet most of the major villains and - as expected - escape them all despite being a crippled, drugloaded donkey.

And if you can look past that and the cutscenes and Quiet's handcrafted set of bell curves, then MGSV becomes a good and funny game. Is good, is funny you guys. Who doesn't like funny now, come on.

Wait, you don't? You don't ... like funny? YOU DON'T LIKE FUNNY? TELL THAT TO MY FACE MOTHERFU-

good game, 9/10

Fact: I was born at a very young age.

This is how you know I do not lie, and I am not lying when I say that Halo is FUN. I was born as a small kid, and back then Halo had DIED. I grew up, and they made this ENTIRE collection so that people that were born as small as me could play this game to make sure we do not kill the Fortnite generation.

Halo is fun, we are gamers - this is not an opinion, this is FACT.

The game is bad, but the other choices that scratch this itch are worse.

No crosshairs, no HUD, no useful information - sounds dreadful? Good, because it is.

Maybe "dreadful" is a bad choice of vocabulary, because the gameplay is surprisingly easy to adapt to, if you're a regular FPS player. The aiming is instinctive, and the ADS [along with Focus] is perhaps the most realistic I've experienced till date. You get a sense of how much damage you can take within the first few hours of the game, but ammo count? Man oh man. You'll never know when your magazine will run empty. And given the deploy time of weapons, you're gonna be traumatised. Now THAT requires mastery.

Not a big fan of the game's PVP mode, given how the appearance of Insurgents and the Forces is seemingly a bit unfair to the former group. But the co-op is mindblowing - perhaps I can even go as far as to say Insurgency's co-op os Left 4 Dead 3. Except in this case, you're left for dead quite literally if you actively avoid cooperation with your team.

Recommended? Heck yes. Get it or get crit.

Edit[1]: Take my recommendation with a grain of salt - I haven't returned to this game in years, and I have no idea what's happening behind the scenes.
Edit[0]: One among the very few fantasy class-based shooters that engages you so much that you just cannot not come back to it.
