I have hundreds of hours in the 1st game, and I was excited to play this one. After a couple of hours, the game play loop is tedious and boring. They must have introduced Dark Souls logic to this one, because even early game is a constant deathscapade.

I'm here sitting here trying to find the words on how I feel about this one. I've been into medieval history since I was a child, and I've always clinged too movies/shows/games related to the middle-ages. I played the 1st Kingdom Come Deliverance game many years ago when it was barely known to the general public, and I enjoyed the story, combat game-play, and the general aesthetic of the game. When the second game was announced I pre-ordered and counted the days until it was released.

Warhorse completely blew me away with this one. I even took vacation so I could properly soak in everything KCD2 had to offer, and I wasn't disappointed. From the mass scale to the map, the new story line which concludes Henry's story beautifully, the enhanced graphics, and even the small NPC updates that make the world feel like I was present in Bohemia in 1403. There is still much more to do, and even after completing the main story-line, there are many many side-quests still to complete. Thanks again Warhorse, Tom McKay, Luke Dale, and all the casting actors.

Jurrassic Park on steroids.

You can spend hours lost in the realm of Wraeclast and still have much to learn. Packed with lots of information and fast gameplay, it reminds you of an older and more civilized style of open-world-fantasy.
