Overall I enjoyed Code Vein very much. Similar gameplay to other Soulslike games but not quite as challenging. It fits a neat middleground between arcade RPG and the normal Souls experience. To top it off it has a decent story. Nothing groundbreaking, but enough variation to make things interesting.

It shares the same world as God Eater, so if you enjoyed either the game series or the anime related to it this serves as a nice addition to the lore.

Despite complainers not liking change, this game has remained very fun and still does require a level of skill to play.

The changes they made aren't even all that severe, but some people make it sound like the end of the world.

Give it a try, you'll enjoy it. And don't follow the crowd or hop on hate trains or bandwagons.

I like Wrath of Sparta because of the really in-depth look at Greece. I've always love Hellenic societies, and being able to really fight against major and minor Greek powers that can actually provide a challenge beyond just taking a single city is greatly appreciated in my book.

I seriously loved Prey thoroughly. It's gonna be one of those games I can replay multiple times.

HOWEVER, one thing that should be noted is that it isn't exactly groundbreaking. I played through and there wasn't a whole lot of new gameplay elements that I haven't seen before. On the other hand it incorporates existing methods of gaming all into one fantastic package. Basically Arkane cherry picked elements from other games, and wrapped them all together into Prey. Sometimes being experimental isn't what you need in a game.

This game is good if you enjoy exploration. At the moment they have a roadmap to add new features later on but it would have been great if they had everything ready right off the bat. I'm sure others would have enjoyed it more too if that was the case.

Absolutely fun I love it. Heres a couple points regarding some of the negative things people talk about however:

1) P2W - Not even. The airdrops currently attract just about every player within a kilometer that wants to get their hands on it and also spawns a horde of super aggro zombies that prevent you from looting it. And this is literally the only aspect of the game that would be paid for except for asthetics. Very fair.

2) Login Crashes - Yes, it has been crashing a LOT. But there are 25k ppl trying to login to the servers all at once and that may cause some issues.

I've got a large amount of gametime logged into this game and I can honestly tell you its the best open world multiplayer FPS on the market. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time playing on this game and raging aside, continue to play it.

Very fun creative game with insane graphics. I am loving it so far, I cannot wait till they have everything done
