Here's my review for the game:

Mojave? Tamed.
Caesar? Dead. Stomped into the ground.
Lanius? Dead.
Boone? Hunting.
Lily? Forgetting.
Veronica? Roaming the wastes, repairing the tech, finishes research.
Brotherhood? Helping to keep the peace, for now.
Remnants? Came and went, reminding everyone of their former strength.
NCR? Victorious, the best hope for the Wasteland but nothing's written in stone. Expulsion of the Followers - a sign of things to come.
Robert House? Evicted. Permanently.
Raul? Hunting those, who preys on the weak.
Cass? Seems happy.
Arcade? On the run.
Benny? Forgotten in the tent.
Brain jars? Contained and working for my courier.
Ulysses? Dead.
Elijah? Sealed off with his precious knowledge. Rest in piss.
Christine? Guarding Sierra Madre.
Boomers? Now open for business.
The Kings? Keeping the peace in Freeside, and not joining the NCR. At least yet.
Joshua Graham? Learned that mercy is a thing. Hopefully, will remember that he's not God.
ED-E? Flies together with my courier.
Courier? Puts his duster and walks away.

Before I start: REAVERS CAN KISS MY BUTT. I guess I should thank Bethesda for not populating them more frequently but also ♥♥♥♥ you Bethesda, this is just cruel. This is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SPONGE GOD of Ghouls in FO3. It throws radiation too and you spend countless stims and weapons on him regardless. Unless you have a Fat Man.

The game is...fine. As much as I didn't like Fallout 1, it was very cool to suddenly see the all those props in 2D take shape in the third dimension. The story is also quite safe and simple. I've been playing it through GeForce Now.
I have heard how buggy Bethesda games are but 17 years down the line, it's relatively stable though, of course, I encountered abrupt yeets out of the game session.

It's kinda funny, I do have a lot of gripes about the story but I still managed to enjoy it.

Main story and impressions: You follow your dad, who had a sudden change of heart following 19 years of living in a vault, raising the protag (you). The factions are...there. The Wasteland is...empty. The ruins definitely felt true to Fallout 1 - I'm guessing they counted exactly on that, to specifically recreate the feel. The Replicated Man side quest felt a bit...eh, despite the potential. Synths weren't really expanded on in 3 (I've heard they are expanded on in 4). Dogmeat in Scrapyard I encountered but he seemed really buggy (I was unable to properly interact with him), so I reloaded and avoided the meeting with it. Outcasts felt...unexplored as well (even with the addition of the quest line for them, or rather ESPECIALLY with it). Why did they turn on Protector McGraw only when I got the power armor? Why not earlier? They didn't seem to mind torturing another vaulter but me getting the armor was the line they drew? I obviously defused the Megaton bomb. I see no pleasure in exploding it for some deranged psycho's fun. I kinda figured out that Crowley is sneaky and I spared everyone but Alistair. I disliked the Three-Dog's "ghouls are humans too" spiel, my propaganda-seeking brain felt it was one of the nascent Culture War markers but I might be reading too much into it and it wasn't too forced. Rivet City is weird. I'm guessing in that universe a ship, even a carrier, can withstand 200 years of decay without maintenance. That would not work in real life. Chinese Assault Rifle and Scoped Magnum were my go-to's. When I did "Who Dares Wins" I picked up the Tesla Coil - WHY DID YOU MOVE IT TO THE BROKEN STEEL DLC BETHESDA, WHY NOT HAVE IT EARLIER? IT WOULD'VE HELPED WITH THE REVEARS. MAN ♥♥♥♥ THE REAVERS. When I was escorting scientists to the Citadel through the underground, I encountered one Ghoul Reaver! It tore through me like sandpaper. I hated it so much I decided not to explore that underground area at all.
Unfair! :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((

DID I MENTION THAT I HATE REAVER GHOULS?

A bit more specific train of thought and DLC content: The Pitt. The choice between Ashur and Wehrner is a stupid one, and while it's the closest one could get to a true post-apocalyptic experience and grey area, I decided to side with Ashur despite his oppression of his slaves. Just because he's a bad guy doesn't mean I have to kidnap his baby.
The Anchorage Liberation was kinda fun - I think they've poked fun at nascent Call of Duty 4.
Point Lookout: the whole "swamps that bombs missed but the world forgot". I retrieved Nadine (interesting how she avoided being handicapped like the rest of the tribals or me) and then it ends up is the ferryman is the "surgeon". Why? No explanation. I kinda liked that even in that world, Christians still live and preach the word and they're hunting truly evil stuff. I destroyed the Krivbeknih and I sided with Desmond, because while he's a crotchety ghoul that keeps to himself, the talking brain enslaved the tribals to do his bidding, it was slightly worse. The "swamp folk", "the hehe, stupid inbred hicks" thing - is it a nod to Redneck Rampage by any chance? It kinda gave me the idea to play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. finally - another classic I've missed/avoided due to horror elements. At least it reminded me of an atmosphere from the countless videos I saw over the years. I liked it but my God are they sponges. Swamplurks too. ♥♥♥♥ REAVER GHOULS with sponge and a rusty spanner!

I'd say just because I went to play the game with low expectations and they were exceeded, I'd recommend it at its' current price. But I'm happy I didn't buy this game when it just came out.

The game is very old and has aged badly. If you are not into post-apoc don't be lured by the fact that it's a "classic", you will not have a good time. This isn't an admonishment of the game per se, just the fact it didn't take for me after all.

Surprisingly gripping and very interesting in general. Shame it's kind of small but better for it to be not enough than too much, I guess.

I've played it for the first time in 12 years and even though I knew all the story beats, I've had a fresh perspective on some of the important topics GTA IV handles. Still worth playing today as it was on release.

As a Flash game it'd be fine for me, but I really didn't like it.

I cannot recommend it. It is fun, it's somewhat unusual to me and I ended up liking story more than I initially thought I will. However, the combat is janky and for some reason, developers have decided to use cel-shading, making it Borderlands-esque in presentation. I found duels hard and not fun. Intense railroading with cutscenes sometimes make it feel like it's a laser arcade.

Such a console-geared game clearly.

I don't think I'll be in majority when I say that this game, while pleasant, impacted me positively or negatively whatsoever. It's by no means bland but at the same time...it just didn't feel gripping or immersing me. I do appreciate that instead of size, developers went for a multiple options one can have towards achieving your goal. It's been a while since I've encountered this approach but then again, I've been missing out on almost a decade of gaming since 2014.

If you like stealth and you like occult themes, then you should at least try it, but obviously, for a greater understanding, you should start with the first one. I appreciate that it's also one of those rare games when killing people isn't necessary. I don't mind killing in computer games, so to speak (except when it's too gory) but I also really like to play a goody two-shoes and help everyone and mend everything. If you like that and you like to be a badass who exercises his/hers powers for the good and avoids bloodshed when necessary, then it's also for you.

I didn't want to put a recommendation thumbs up for it but Steam forces you to, so since it's very well made, I'd say that I recommend it.

It's a pretty good game. The massive bonus is that the graphics and the engine allow it to be run on a potato. My computer is not quite potato but more like fancy French fries but for the most part, I'm still using GeForce Now for more intense titles. It's been a while since I was able to run a 254 player game without my computer dying under strain.

The graphics may also be a negative who like eye candy, so your mileage may vary. It's essentially stripped down Battlefield of old. The fact that three people made it happen is impressive.

However, this game has a lot of sweat. If you're a sweatlord - that's fine but sometimes it's really frustrating to be stacked, especially when the game of Frontline gets clanstacked. SMG enjoyers are annoying, snipers are annoying and despite the apparent stability of the game, one cannot help but wonder whether hitboxes and damage system needs additional refinement. Devs seem to be aping stuff with skins, kind of missing the point in my opinion. The report system seems to be weird and it does seem like clans seem to cooperate on simply reporting people they don't like, regardless whether they have violated the TOS or not. Encountered higher than average amount of weirdos. Could use some differentiation in stuff like Remote Weapon Systems (both Russian TIGR and HMMWV have an option of that in the game but it's just a simple blocky cube with a gun).

TL:DR: It's for you if you like Battlefield and/or Minecraft, don't mind some simplicity, like to be covered in sweat and don't mind weirdos.
