This game was a bit on the rough end when it released, despite being pretty much a one-of-a-kind when it comes to FPS shooters. Over time, the devs did a brilliant job to get their product into a spot where it's hard for me NOT to recommend it to someone.

The gameplay is fun, thrilling, albeit frustrating at times as small mistakes can cost you the game (which is not technically a con at all). The utter chaos spurring from the destructible environments is just on another level, there truly is no other game like this at the time of me writing this when it comes to this point.

What I also love is the almost too fair battlepass (that gives you enough currency to get the next battlepass and even more on top of it) and extremely creative skins that I haven't seen anywhere else - my favorite being the AKM skin that prints the name of the enemy when you eliminate them.

Balancing has been on and off but the devs and mods monitor what the community is saying constantly and patches are very regular and mostly address overpowered and underpowered weapons and utility items.

If you haven't tried The Finals, try it and give it a bit of time to sink in. It's great fun once you learn a bit of the fast-paced mechanics and the three classes and their kits.

Finally

Game itself is great. It's immersive and a breath of fresh air so far this year. Can't give it a thumbs up, however, due to Capcom's crappy hidden microtransactions in a single-player game. And YES, you can obtain everything in-game. But this is another instance of setting a dangerous precedence for gaming moving forward.

A great spiritual successor to HOMM III. Fun to play and the art style is phenomenal. Haven't encountered many bugs, despite it being in Early Access. The only problem I encounter at times is heavy FPS drops while playing on a laptop on Low settings while hosting a match.

Fantastic for playing with friends. Definitely deserves the "Test of Time" award.

This game defines a "F2P" game. I got bronze characters (you can't get better stats by paying money as the silver, gold and cobalt chars are just skins) without spending a penny. To add to this the combat is fast, intense yet teamwork must be there to win. Enjoying the game so far, hope the devs don't turn this game into a money milking cow.
