So i buy the game for £49.99 only to figure out that I CAN'T use MOUNTS unless I buy the expansion pack too for £24.99.

What a joke. Having mounts in MMOs was standard for 20 years. It takes ages to walk everywhere. It should be part of the base game. Every time you see someone without a mount it feels like a stab in the back while you painfully walk there.
It feels like some quests make you move far distances from A to B just to increase playtime.
Want to PVP without mounts? Good luck running the flag without a mount vs others who have them.

Uninstalled. Would like my money back. Completely unacceptable.

The game is also not as fun as ESO, not as story rich as ESO. Combat is not as fun either. WoW has been around 20 years and the combat feels much better, less clunky and less unpredictable. I even prefer SWTOR to this game.

The only positives for me are the artwork, visuals and graphics. I'd also give the crafting system a solid 8/10.

Unless you also buy the expansion and are tired of all the other MMOs, give this game a miss.

The first sniper game I ever downvoted. They added a relatively empty open world with a few outposts. Despite being a huge fan of open world, the open world aspect adds nothing to the gameplay. Instead, you waste loads of time getting from A to B. Missions force you to snipe from certain spots, rather than allowing you to be creative. Even worse than getting from A to B, lots many missions force you to climb up mountains in a tedious manner. Climbing is bugged and running is bugged. Shift to run only works about 40% of the time, so you get to enjoy missions where you spend 5-10+ minutes climbing and hoping that run works when you run and jump on cliffs while clibming. If you think the outposts are fun, they kind of are, unless they bug. Despite clearing every single enemy it sometimes does not complete and show as cleared. Missions bug too. The story itself is well below average. Not enough fun in this game and quite a lot of annoyances and tedious moments.

Awesome game from the developers of Max Payne. The game has live action video which is quite unusual and despite not being crazy about watching videos in a game, they pulled it off really well with good acting and what seemed like a surprisingly large budget. Great story, several choices along the way and fun combat and abilities. Overall a very well made and thought out game.

After many years of trying to push myself to play this game and installing it multiple times (maybe 10 times), I have finally given up about half way through. The game is fun to explore for a short period of time and visually stunning, but that's about the end of it. I am not intrigued or interested by the story and just end up skipping most dialogue, mostly due to a very drawn out story with LOTS of fillers in it and a lot of time wasted going from A to B and having to do basic fetch quests and other uninteresting story fillers. Short enough to fit the entire story in a few minutes on a video on youtube, yet they try to push it to 65+ hours in-game. The fighting is fun at first, but becomes easy to master and after that just feels clunky and monotonous without much of a challenge. Adventure games like the Zelda series show that fluid movement and combat can be achieved, while games like Dark Souls show that more difficult combat is much more rewarding. I loved games like Skyrim and the Fallout series, so not liking this game was disappointing, especially because this game is so highly rated.
Unpopular opinion, but I just don't like the game and therefore can not recommend it. I really tried to like it, multiple times, but it is not for me. They should have condensed it into a 20-30 hour game. I have not reached the DLC, so I can't comment on that.

Got a good 100+ hours out of it before it launched on steam. It has its pros and cons, but I had a lot of fun playing it and some incredible and memorable moments. I loved exploring the world.

I got as many hours in this game than Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 combined. Does that make it better? No. It is totally different and should not be compared. If you are expecting Fallout 5 you may be disappointed.

At initial launch (before steam) I only had a 2 quests bug and no other performance issues. I have no doubt these are fixed now as I managed to complete them at a later date.

The graphics are similar to fallout 4 and the controls are smooth. It runs great on max settings with my 2080.

I really don't think it deserves the bad reviews. :)

Absolutely stunning winter sports game in huge open world environment that allow you to do anything from sledding to flying with a rocket propelled wingsuit. The main focus of the game is skiing and snowboarding and the developers really did a fine job to make it both realistic, rewarding, absorbing and fun. The only other game I played similar to this is SNOW and while that game is great too, this one has more beautiful graphics and variety of gameplay. It does take a while to get used to the controls, but once you do, you can do competitive races, paragliding events, or just walk up and jump off the top of the biggest cliffs. Plenty of unlockables and a levelling system gives plenty of goals. Compete against other players and see them in the open world as they crash against boulders. Available regions are Alaska, the Alps and Japan. You either have to pay to unlock Japan, or unlock it by doing events such as races. It only takes about 8 hours of gameplay to unlock Japan, so it is not stuck behind a long tedious paywall, in fact it is super easy. Great game.

Good fun high speed racer with fitting music. Plenty of game modes, ships and power up options give the game depth.
They even have a split screen option for multiplayer!
The graphics and music really suck you in. Brings back good memories from the original Redout on Playstation 1.
Anyone interested in this game should also check out BallisticNG on Steam.

There is a free demo, so no loss to try the game.
