I heard that this steam version is missing the live action video parts from in between stages of the game. This true?

So I'm watching it on Youtube because it just buffers all the time in-game. How many versions are there? Seems to me there should at least be four? Depending on whether you interact with the white board to trigger Will solving the equation? But Youtube search results seem to only have PR and Hardline two versions. Just curious in case I have to look up future episodes on Youtube to watch....

Hi , i love this game but couldn't find the option for the episodes to download them . So I was hoping that It would bring up the option at the end of Act 1 ...got to the end ... "Cannot connect to Steam. Retry / Skip Episode " . So I am stuck here. I CAN skip the episode , but that cuts out a chunk of the story. Also what I found , will not be seen .
