This game is really special. Usually I just want these types of art-house walking sims to wrap up, but I would have gladly spent more time in this world.

Absolutely incredible art direction and in game assets. Beautiful!

I want to thank Blackbird for not allowing me to spend an extra hour in each level needlessly salvaging every single thing, because I can't help myself.

While the story certainly isn't great as everyone seems to be complaining about, it's honestly exactly all it needed to be, it sets up a lot of incredible set piece moments. Each level felt unique, interesting, and advanced the game. I am a fan of the original games but honestly I just don't know if there are really that many more interesting stories to tell in this universe. So yes, the cutscenes were not as good as the rest of the game.
