Ignore the nit pickers and overly zealous hate mobsters. Play the game with no expectations and see if you like it or not. I personally, love the game. It combines many elements from many MMOs that I really love and combine them into this game. It's fun, addicting, and pretty. It's worth a try if you're into MMOs or are looking to try your first MMO give it a shot, you might end up liking it a lot.

This game is plagiarism. Very very blatant plagiarism. Game Dev Tycoon is a near 1:1 copy of Game Dev Story, a game released by japanese game studio Kairosoft in 1997 for Windows 95, and re-released/updated in 2010 with more content and updated graphics for iOS and Android devices. While Game Dev Tycoon has some added features and polish, the core mechanics, features, story beats, and gameplay loop are all 1 for 1 stolen from Game Dev Story. The added content can be described better as a add-on, dlc, a mod, or expansion of what Kairosoft originally made, but in no way is it different enough to be considered anything but a plagiarism. Some might contest this, but if you copy an entire essay from the internet, add one sentence, and turn it in as your own work, it is still, by definition, plagiarism.

Greenheart games deserve none of the praise or success from this game, as all it is is a copy of another game. The fact that this game is more successful and popular than Game Dev Story is probably a literal crime.

Good MMO with good community. MTX are there but they aren't intrusive or ""p2w"". If you want a good sandbox mmo this is it.

One of the best rhythm games ever.

Realistic Mil-Sim with a great community. I recommend joining a group/clan if you can but if you don't, the normal game is extremely fun and exihilarting (I cant spell).

It's good. It's hard. It's time consuming. you can pet the dog. What more could you ask for?

This is a fun game. It can be a bit difficult at times. But it's still fun. This is Halo + Portal so if you don't like Halo or similar games you won't like this.

When you're under level 5 you're restricted to only a few maps but after you play 3-5 games you'll be level 5 and then boom the whole game opens up for you.

Even though this game is good it does have some issues. The main assault rifle doesn't feel right. There needs to be more weapons and/or more frequent weapon spawns. Most games you end up mostly using the starter weapon and that can get a bit boring. Also, the spawned weapons definitely need to have more ammo, especially the sniper and the battle rifle. I also think adding different starting classes. I.E. 1) AR + Pistol, SMG + Pistol, BR + Pistol could add more variety to the game.

Other than that I think the game is good. 7/10 could use improvement
