Solid metroidvania with fun game play, story and especially platforming and exploration. There is a ton of content to discover and master. The prince of persia lore is basically re written but for a stand alone title it works.

Main flaws are for sure some movement and combat bugs, in which some time you catch the ledge of a trap or an hitbox when it shouldn't. In a game precise and punishing like this it is very frustrating. And Some time some loading bugs after cut-scenes. I have beated a boss without seeing him or the arena, just his vfx.

The usual ubisoft spam is there, you have to to install their app, then in the main menu is full of attention grabbing stuff, totally useless.

But as I said overall very fun game and had a good time! If you want to dive deep there are also further difficulties and boss rush to do

Well executed Metroidvania! It takes a lot of inspiration from hollow knight and it manages to distinguish itself enough. The chips could have been a bit more relevant, but the heat gauge is a nice route. It would have been nice to acquire the moving skills a bit faster, but maybe is due to my play through of the game. Probably the weakest aspect is the sound track and the strongest is the exploration. Overall eaten it in three intense sessions and had a good time!

Rich in details, original in visual and gameplay, simple to understand and complex to master. Meta asf. What an experience!

Elden ring is From-software final experiment, the first attempt to what they are trying to achieve since Demon souls. In some aspects it looses some of the fine complexity of his predecessors but the massive scale in which you can truly immerse yourself, finding over and over the souls formula, is astonishing. If you read about a place or a person, chances are you will find it later on. Hidden and fragmented quests give to each of us sort of a personalised walk-through. And really, the biggest novelty and strength of this title is also the biggest flaw. This scale can be overwhelming, you will lost the way multiple times and forget about some quests. Overall a good balance that deliver a great experience, especially for the fans of the software house. Maybe you will need some detox after 80h on the first run, and a quick look at the wiki just to remember where you left off!
