Edit 2. 10/11/2022: OK guys I went to Everfall and played my mandolin for 5 hours straight until I hit level 150 in music. At this point my fingers are cramped up and my eyesight is blurry and the furniture in my room is breathing and moving around - it kind of reminds me of being on shrooms. They have done a great job revamping quests and zones, this is definitely worth playing again. Go hop on a fresh server and check it out again.

Edit 1: After 300 hours and the game having been out for a month I'm changing my review to negative. This game should've never shipped as bugged and half-assed as it is today. Updates creating more bugs than it fixes, major issues like invincibility bugs, over half of the perks in the game not even working, wrong scaling, scuffed math, gold duping, gold disappearing from sold auctions, and the fact that the game is clientbased makes it really tough to keep playing. Don't get me wrong though, because the foundation of this game is absolutely awesome. I just wish it was in development for another year.

Edit 20/11/2021:

Patch 1.1. By this time it is clear that the developers do not even play their own game.
The amount of stealth nerfs and changes they do without documenting it are atrocious. I have been doing chest runs to increase my watermark every_single_day since i hit 60, and I am not even maxed watermark yet. I've been stuck for 1,5 week on 580-590 on several items, and out of the blue they've decided to nerf the loot from chests by removing armor drops from myrkgard and scorched mines and reducing the drops by over 50%, as well as increasing the health and damage of the mobs by 10-20x. I genuinely feel sorry for new players having to slog through this at an even slower rate than before. I enjoyed doing chest runs with my small group of friends and didn't enjoy zerging it. Now the only way to do it is in zergs, but guess what? They nerfed the drops even more if you're zerging bosses. Today i read that they're doubling down on this change and it honestly makes me not want to play the game anymore. At this point I've invested too much time into the game, so I'll keep playing for a bit to see what's going to happen during the next month.

At this point i DO NOT recommend this game.

Well, they outdid themselves from their last game. By far.
Great story, spookytime is big, love it. 10/10
100% buy it if you like games like these, you wont be disappointed.
