I can't believe it's finally here!!

So far so good on steam deck, but I've just been playing KH1. Runs great and looks pretty at 60FPS!

This game is great! By day it's a 2D sidescroller where you catch fish, explore, collect ingredients, and prepare. By night, it's a Diner Dash style game where you feed customers and make money.
As you progress, you are CONSTANTLY unlocking new content! 22 hours in and I'm still unlocking new things every time I play. I have no desire to stop any time soon.
It's also hilarious. The cutscenes are amazing and never fail to make me smile. I wish there was a way to rewatch them.
This also had one of the most fun boss battles I've played.
I highly recommend this game. If it's on sale, it's a steal.

I love Planet Zoo! I am a huge fan of tycoon games, and I think this is a lovely successor to Zoo Tycoon. I played Frontier's Planet Coaster and was very impressed, but I honestly love Planet Zoo way more. I like the premise and I love being able to zoom in on the animals and watch them move around and interact with their environments.
I have purchased every DLC that has come out so far, and plan to buy every one they release. Planet Zoo has been out since 2019 and they have been still pushing regular updates and coming out with new DLC. I hope they keep updating this game because it is so fun.
It can bog down your computer when you start making franchise zoos that have thousands of people and hundreds of animals, but at that point you just start another one.
The career mode is a good challenge and some of the hard mode ones are incredibly difficult, but if you read some guides and aren't afraid to restart the zoo a few times, you can get it.
Also, they have tooltips on their options! I love that!
Thanks, Frontier! Looking forward to the next DLC. <3

The game is fun, but the developer is very rude and not a kind person.

This game is great! I didn't pick it up at the beginning because of all the backlash and everything, but holy cow is it good. I can't stop playing now lol. There's a bit of a learning curve at first but once you get the hang of it, it's great. There's so much to do now! Great job to the devs for turning it all around. Talk about a comeback!

I think my favorite thing about the game is there is something for everyone. For instance, I really love deciphering the alien languages, so I have devoted most of my time to doing that. There's 4 alien races and you don't know their language so you have to uncover words one at a time either by talking to a member of the species, or by finding "knowledge stones" found on some planets. It's really reminiscent of Final Fantasy X's system of finding tomes to learn the Al Bhed language.
I also love the base building aspect. With multiplayer, I think this game is going to be the perfect survival/crafty game for me and my SO!

This is a great picross game! I really enjoyed Paint it Back and this is just as good. It grays out the numbers as you complete them which I think is a must-have for picross games. The background slowly changes color as you play so your eyes don't go bad. There's tons and tons of puzzles too which is great. Highly recommend! :)

I haven't had any of the issues everyone is talking about. I think this game is great so far! Super huge map, really tough enemies, and I get to use a bow. I always pick bows when I'm playing games, if possible. The game is super cinematic. Big fan so far. :)

I like it. I keep it open while I work from home so it's a great thing to do when I have some downtime; takes very little to upkeep. I will echo what everyone else was saying, the gem packs can be pretty pricey, but I still spent about $10 total because I feel like this game is worth that much to me. It's fun and something to do.

This game is a great successor for Roller Coaster Tycoon! I have played Planet Coaster, and while it is great, it is its own game and not really a RCT clone. Parkitect scratches that RCT itch much more. Love it so far!
Also, I really love that each time you 100% a level, you unlock a developer log. You can see how the devs progressed since March 2014, and honestly I find that to be a huge draw point for me. I can't wait to unlock more and find more out!
Oh, and if you're hurting for money, just bump up your prices. You can charge like $15 for each roller coaster ride and the people will happily pay that.
