Rough around the edges, but enjoyable once you figure out how the exploration/combat work. I think the closest comparison is maybe the open area bits of Metro Exodus.

There's a messed up fishing village in an ocean of messed up fish and dread, what's not to love? The visual style is sharp and it runs and controls perfectly on Steam Deck.

Still one of the best games of all time. Great gunplay, great story, great art direction that still holds up 8 years later. On top of that large portions of the game allow you to play guns blazing or stealthy depending on your preference.
