From the perspective of someone that hasn't enjoyed an Assassin's Creed game since Black Flag, never finished Unity or Syndicate, and didn't even bother with the last 3 this is a good one. For people looking for something like the earlier entries to the series try this one out, reduce the HUD to the compass, put the game on hard difficulty, and avoid the combat system at all costs. Fighting in this game is absolutely awful, and was just another motivation to go perfect stealth. On the whole I had a good time, even with some Ubisoft jank.
