Game runs on old fps engine = motion sickness.
The healing in this game is really annoying, pauses your character and you sit through a short 5 second stiching sound to heal everytime.
The aim/accuracy with guns is horrible too.
Combat feels like shooting cardboard boxes AI.
Puzzles are not interesting, you just basically spam the use key to pick up hard to see keys/items and try to open doors.
