This game is god-like.
I fell in love with it after a few hours.

Pros:
- Awesome artwork, great style - with what looks like hand-drawn backgrounds and 3d cell shaded characters.
- Great lore, based on Greek mythology, very flavourful
- Amazing attention to details
- Voice-acting is great (it always makes me chuckle hearing a greek god say "mate" though...), and there are so many lines! I still haven't heard all of them.
- A lot of replayability, the amount of combinations is great!
- Interesting powers
- Mechanics feel great! Once you get good, it feels awesome. If you like that kind of thrill from other rogue-lites and also games like Dark Souls, you'll like this.

Cons:
- Music could be a bit more interesting/action packed (not much of a con tbh)
- Haven't really found any other cons yet!

Early Access review.

So - this game, for me at the moment is a bit barebones - there isn't a huge amount of complexity in it - which I love in a game - especially strategy ones.

The graphics are good - look to be hand drawn - the animations work well and the aesthetic is nice.

The gameplay is fine to while away a couple of hours at a time, but like I mentioned previously - it lacks complexity, and can therefore become repetitive quite quicjly.

The terrain and Mayors you can recruit are randomly generated, so sometimes you can get bad luck, but hey - that's life! No real complaints there.

At the moment, I would say it's a 6/10 - if they add more complexity, this could go up to an 8 or 9 perhaps.

I've been following this Game since it's been out - and it has come a long way. The devs are keeping up updates and content, too - after all this time!

Multiple ways to play, lots to explore and do - definitely worth the asking price.

I haven't played that much of this yet. But I KNOW I will play a lot of this in future!
An awesome little rogue-like rhythm game - the music is beyond amazing - the type of stuff that gets in your head, and you listen to for hours on end.

They also have beat-mapping software in the game to add your own songs, but to be honest, you probably won't want to replace the music that's already there :P

Story is ~8.5 hours long - there is Multiplayer, but I haven't tried it yet - even for single player, worth the money.

The story for this game is good - some twists here and there, pretty solid the whole way through.
You play as a washed up, alcoholic cop - now bodyguard - called Max. Trouble seems to follow everywhere he goes.

It has good mechanics - the guns handle well and are easy to use, diving, interacting, etc all works well.
The game has a lot of 'hoard' sections - where a lot of enemies come at once, or in waves, leads to very many virtual deaths 0.0 (People seem to not really care that Max is basically a mass murderer)

Was actually very refreshing to play (considering the Shooters out atm) - a nice 3rd person shoot'em'up.

Would advise buying!

If you like strategy games with quite a lot of micro-management, this game is awesome! Paradox comes out with a lot of these games, so if you like Europa Universalis or Sengoku - you'll like this.

A great explorable FPS-RPG - A vast array of missions, characters and weapons/armour - You can tell work was put into this game. (It isn't flawless, there are a few bugs, but they don't matter at all, really) If you haven't played this game yet - Well....I just don't know why you WOULDN'T. The earlier games in the series were awesome, and so is this one! Pick up a copy right now, mister!
