the game itself is fine, i guess, but my main problem is the lack of a save function.
This game has a seriously bad snowballing problem. already, because when the zombies destroy a building you own it also zombifies the inhabitants, meaning that if you're not careful, you can end up with half your village infected before you even scroll over. this is already kind of annoying, but it's made even worse by two key factors. one; the resource balancing is kinda stingy so it's extremely difficult to get enough wood to build barricades fast enough to keep up with how quickly you're expanding (and you have to expand quickly or you'll run up against the resource cap insanely quickly) and 2, you can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ save in the middle of a mission, so if you've played a level for 40 minutes but fail on the final wave, too bad idiot, you have to redo the whole thing from scratch.
just let me save and i it would make the other issues less obnoxious, man.
also the devs are super weird about mods, so don't expect a saving mod. i certainly couldn't find one, anyways.

I might have liked this, but you can't save at will and the your game can often snowball out of control quickly when zombies attack your buildings and turn all the workers, and the first alert you receive is too late to prevent runaway failure. Having to restart completely from small mistakes is frustrating. I could probably learn how to play and get past these teething problems; I choose to spend my time on other games that don't waste my time in such a disrespectful way.

Good game so far hard to not die 1 zombie can ruin everything
