~Little bit expensive at full price imo. I purchased this game for $30, and that's just the base game.

+The game is free, it looks like there's a lot of stuff u can do, and it looks like some thought & effort went into building the game.

-However, besides that, the game is clunky, convoluted, unoriginal, and seems unsure of what exactly it wants to be.

-In the first hour of the game...Crowded servers, an extremely tedious and overly detailed character creator, just way too much dialogue that I could care less about, tasks that seem more like chores than actual fun, weird movement feeling, and just a plot and characters I feel no connection to.

-I think this game will have its little 15 minutes since it's free and people might dump some hours into it out of boredom. But, I can't see this game being relevant at all after like two weeks.

~Overall, the game just feels too mediocre and trivial here in 2024. Even if it is free, I expect games to be better than this if they want my time.

Tried this game for like a minute, and it's a no.

-Game doesn't explain itself quickly...Is this a PvE? Is this a PvP? What's going on exactly?

-This game will have its little moment under the sun and then fade into obscurity. The game is decent enough, but it's not "the next big game" by any stretch.

-Maybe I'm not used to this style of game, but the combat and gameplay feel uninspired and boring.

~Devs will probably add QoL stuff over time.

+The art direction is nice though. Game, visually, looks really good.

Overwatch when played right CAN b really fun, but the game and a large portion of the player base are completely ♥♥♥♥.

The game and some of its players just reek of greed and incompetence.

In one sentence, this game can be summed up as, "Shut up stupid gamers, give us your money because you're stupid."

Tried this game a couple times, and it's not for me.

-The game pacing feels really slow with its turn based system and what not. Usually midway through a match, I just start feeling really tired and bored and exit out.

-Graphics/visuals/art direction...All feel a bit dated and lackluster to me. Nothing really looks amazing. Nothing pops. Nothing WOWs me. There's a bunch of times when I just don't even really understand what I'm looking at...Sometimes I can't even see my own things because the labels get in the way

-Even though the game is "Civilization", it doesn't really feel like I'm building a civilization...I would say even less so than say a game like Age of Empires or Starcraft, where u can sim city build your base aesthetically and imagine urself as the ruler...

-Pricing...I really don't think this game is worth more than $5.

+Some cool history stuff. And I could see how some people might enjoy the slower pace.

Checked it out real quick cause I got it for free bundled with CS 1.6 when I bought 1.6 on sale for $1.

Game looks and feels nice honestly, and yeah it's basically CS 1.6 with slightly nicer graphics, more bots, and a single player campaign.

If u can get this game for free or near free, it's fine. Wouldn't pay more than like a $1 for a it tho. Game seems like it would b fun over a boring weekend or something.

I get the concept the game was trying to go for, but the execution was a bit off for me.

Certainly potential in this style of game tho.

Meh...Some cool units, but that's about it :/
