played around 100 hours so far, won't talk about game balance, played EU/NA/Asia servers with friends.

the manipulative developer's have put bots in games to fill slots(even at peak hours) to stroke your ego and fake an active community, with AI generated japanese/chinese/korean, slavic names(if you're in EU), this will likely be in the final release too
ironic because this is a successful beta with 250-300k+ concurrent players on steamdb

pros
reasonable character creator to make your own waifu/husbando you can look at every time you die(eject)
responsive controls, and no need for crazy aim because of lock on gameplay inspired from gundam versus
its still very playable at high ping
slightly lewd customizations(better than dustborn/concord/deadlock for sure), maybe swimsuits/serafuku/thighhighs/maid outfits/cat ears/whatever you like in the actual game since you know they will cater to the snowbreak/gooning crowd.

the current open beta in 2025, requires 3 weeks of tarkov(mashmak) grinding, to unlock a mech called inferno for 18000 currency, yet there are bots with fake profiles with only 1 successful extraction, so these bots are easy to detect just by looking at the profile.
however, on the actual release it will be harder to tell if you killed a bot or player in solo queues, when everyone has everything unlocked after week 2 or 3.

the new mode, mishmak is extremely boring, you can infinitely revive as long as you have one teammate alive, the revived player can drop another spawn beacon and revive the third member.
each round lasts between 15-45 minutes depending on whether you want to extract immediately, and is a reliable source of "mods"(think of genshin artifacts) for your mechs), going up to gold rarity i think. grey, green, blue, purple, orange.

Finally
Seasun has extremely poor customer support history in "Snowbreak", preferring to stall/divert you instead of addressing your issues, expect that to carry over to this.

What is the point of seasonal verge/mishmak leaderboards when there will be bots in your 6 v 6 games as teammates or enemies...
The entire point of PVP games like LOL/Marvel Rivals/Valorant is to bully other humans by not letting them even play the game to destress.
Bot players with fake profiles, is extremely manipulative, the reason you lie in real life is to maintain control over the player, and create an illusion of success to the unaware sheep.

So in the actual release, please be very aware of these bots.
Reporting them has no use because the house holds all the cards, but I hope that you reading this, will understand that you are being manipulated. I really want to like this game, but I cannot stand lies or manipulation.

Hard difficulty is very random, sometimes you'll get really bad RNG and roll bad orders like red cube + blue

cube, other times you'll get easy orders like water + pipe

the gallery has some dev commentary so at least try to clear the game,

this game is made by a chinese company, that is still trying to figuring out their own systems... and what game modes people will enjoy
this game is NOT designed for casual players with limited time, but for people with UNLIMITED time.

frequent 6 week wipes in a mmo/survival game
rust/poe/eft seasonal resets/wipes should not be in a survival game.

What is a wipe?
a wipe is lazy favoritism towards newer players who have not made any progress at all.
allowing new players to catch up to veterans quickly, which is a slap in the face for your dedication of doing copper>titanium for 40 hours per season.

if you are a veteran of the game, no matter what you do, it doesnt matter
if you are a casual of the game who barely completed the map, nothing you do matters

the more time you spend in this game, the more time you lose.
so here's what i suggest to make your time more enjoyable.

1 : play with people you are already friends with, and not random strangers in the community.
2 : try to have fun

casual players that cant finish the map within 6 weeks, will not play the game because there's no sense of achievement.
veteran players that finished the map within 6 weeks, will feel that their achievements for 100% completion is pointless.

if you eventually become a veteran, there's no sense of competition or reward or accomplishment for you at all.

if your goal is to kill other people, or grief new players you might as well play a arena shooter like xdefiant with lower TTK, or play diablo immortal or clash of clans where you can p2w.
if your goal is to horde all resources and complete every quest, then you are literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ every 6 weeks.

if you are still reading this, please try no mans sky, or even rust/palworld instead. Palworld wont ♥♥♥♥ you over.

characters stats capped at 40
cheaters instantly clearing quests, warping to waypoints using scripts/client/mods.
if you want to buy(grind skip) a maxed out character with the maximum stats its 55usd.
the game is designed to frustrate you at every point with character/item slot expansions.
bosses, battlegrounds are overtuned for solo play.
just play warframe or destiny 2 instead... this game has the worst monetization of them all
